We have had our dock for just over a yr. Absolutely loving it. The process was incredible with everyone there. Communication was second to none throughout the whole process.
Great company to work with. Ryan collaborated with us for a year helping us design a custom dock with lots of extras. Even though we made lots of changes on the fly, he and his team delivered on time! We couldn’t be happier with our new dock.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Poor quality docks and welds. The company truly just look for a way to screw people over. Definitely don't work there. They won't pay you what they owe you. Another example of screwing people over. Truly an all around joke of a company.

I highly recommend Rich’s Dock Co. We spent a couple years putting around in the boat looking at docks and a majority of the time we would see a dock we really liked, it was made by Rich’s. They have a number of little extras that make their docks stand out both structurally and aesthetically. Communications are great even though they are crazy busy. Ryan gets back to you quickly and somehow remembers everything you talked about.
For the combination of quality, looks, communication, and pricing, Rich’s Dock Co. is an easy choice.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Brad and Ryan at Rich's Dock Company. My list started with 8 different dock builders and I selected Rich's based on their responsiveness, pricing and build quality. While they weren't the "cheapest," I felt they provided the best value when comparing dock quality, features and pricing among the various dock builders. The design, pre-build, build, delivery and post-delivery experiences were all outstanding. If you've been at the Lake for any period of time, you know how tough it is to find good, let alone great, contractors/builders. If you're looking to build a new dock, I highly recommend looking at Rich's Dock Company.
