Don't use Andys Appliances Save yourself the trouble! Our problem is our fridge keeps frosting over and i want the ice maker to work. Jon was the tech that came out to diagnose our fridge when he arrived he was there for 10 minutes, hooked up a laptop to my fridge and told me theres nothing wrong with my fridge and to turn it off for 24 hours and then plug it back in. I told jon ive done this already and it doesnt work. He tells me im wrong and to do it again, that i didnt do it for a full 24 hours and there was still some frost in there and the ice maker is not working because the fridge is too warm. 2-3 weeks later I call andys back because it keeps frosting up and no ice still. I asked for a different tech to come out, not jon, im told i would have to pay another service fee for a new tech to come out, what a joke. So jon comes back out a second time, doesnt hook anything up to the fridge, just asked about the fridge I was told after a couple minutes this time that my fan is "probably" broken from the sounds i described and no one sells parts for my fridge anymore. Ive checked online for parts and they definitely DO sell replacement parts for my fridge and im thoroughly convinced they will come out to your house and if it is not an easy fix they will just take youre 125 dollar sercive fee and tell you they dont have the parts, I will do my best to make sure no one i know uses Andys appliances. Worst service possible. 0 out of 5. But 1 star is the lowest i can go.

Andy's is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Trevor was my tech and he did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone needing appliance repairs.

These guys are great, on time, great communication, professional in their presentation and finish work. My first time using them but I have already referred them to all of my family living in the St. Louis area.

They were nice but...I ended up having to buy a new stove. Andy's came out twice to fix my stove. The first fix was due to a loud boom. The fix costed a little over $300. The fix lasted for about 2-3 weeks then the stove stop working completely. I called them back out because it was still under warranty and the cost to come back out was a little over $100. Over $400 in the hole and I'm wishing I would have went with my first mind and just bought a new stove. They found it to be the same problem as before. They had to wait 2-3 weeks for the part to arrive before they fixed it the second time. It worked for about a week before it started making a boom noise again but not as loud as before. I decided not to call them back and just bought another stove.

Jon came over and knew right away the compressor was toast on the fridge. He wished me luck on getting a new one because replacing it on my 10-yrd. old LG would be $1,300....and he said to stay away from LG. 10 minutes=$125 (I was warned). Sigh.... Oh well, my wish for a low-cost, simple fix cost me a service call where he didn't even have to turn the thing around take the panel off and look inside.

I can’t speak to their service but their driving is atrocious. I was going down a road that’s 55mph, and I’m going 70mph already and he BLEW past me going 85-90mph. All the while weaving in and out of traffic like a madman. This continued on the interstate as well going well over 90mph. Twice cars honked as they were cut off and he came out of nowhere going that fast. Fast is ok but this is dangerous and way too many cars on the road (morning rush hour). Is getting to an appliance repair job really an emergency and worth causing multiple accidents? Would not recommend! UPDATE - appreciate the response. That’s all you can ask. This was maybe a week ago FYI but was too busy to leave a review yet. I am NOT exaggerating the above either in regards to speed, etc….

Great, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt service. My new refrigerator's freezer door was not fully closing or sealing, and there were broken pieces in the bottom. Trevor found the root causes in no time, and checked every possibility to be certain. He helped me understand everything he was doing, and provided a great fix while the parts we on order. Once the parts arrived, Trevor followed up and got everything installed quickly and with great care. Andy's was great coordinating the repair, parts, warranty, and appointments. Email and phone contact with live people, a no-nonsense automated system for confirmations, and great staff and repairs. Trevor really knows his stuff, and I would trust him and Andy's with any and all of my future appliance repairs. Thanks so much!
