Brinkmann never fully completed a new building they erected. Numerous items were still on their plate preventing my company from occupying the leased space. When told of the items that still needed to be completed they immediately blamed the GC I had hired. I.E., Clean out drain they claim the GC broke was never installed (and still intact). Just one of a half dozen issues we had to fight for that should have been completed w/o issue. Never again with this company.

Worked with Brinkmann for a new development downtown, and this team is on top of things. Walks have been amazing, and the Brinkmann team has been very supportive every step of the way. Communication has been seamless, delivered work has been phenomenal, and I couldn't be happier.

The folks here at Brinkman do everything with professionalism and curiosity, the Superintendents they have on staff - specifically Jacob and Will work hard to get the job done and treat the bldg as if it were their own house. They pay attention to detail and you can tell the success of the company comes from the top all the way down through all their employees

White f150 4HO074, on i-35 to 435 East. Almost took my front driver side fender out on my car, just so he or she could cut me off. This me first mentality needs to stop. Brinkmann I think you need to teach you emploies a better driving ethnic.. SLOW DOWN
