Terrible customer service, terrible communication and lack of accountability. It took over 4 months and multiple emails/phone calls to get everything we needed. Wrong/missing parts were a constant with this company. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
We redid both our bathrooms. Picked out what we wanted, they recommended an installer for Onyx and they never followed thru. One call to see where we were and we decided we weren't going to beg to give someone our business. We ended up going with DKB. Very responsive and several hundred cheaper for more.

I reached out to RSI with a budget in mind and a design for my kitchen, and they were MORE than helpful with every step of the process. Even during covid delays we were able to beat my deadline on the project and stay under budget. Highly recommend this company!

We have ordered cabinets from here in the past and had a great experience with them. But I’m making this post because my husband is the delivery driver for this company now. I just want to say how amazing this company is. They treat there employees so well! My husband loves working for this company. They really take care of there employees. And make it a great working atmosphere.

Mark Hager did a great job helping with the design and the material selection for both kitchen and bath! Knowledgeable about everything, these guys will deliver from start to finish.
