Flooring was installed without removing the factory defective boards (flaws in the flooring). 4 opened boxes and 2 opened boxes remain so the installers could have found the right boards to use. Multiple conversations with LLC flooring and the RW Flooring installation company. The reps from the installation company on two inspections have agree there were issues. But no followup by anyone. The customer service is send emails and phone calls at first but do not followup and is very lacking. I would not recommend LL Flooring to anyone.

Our floors look great, better than expected. The people at the store and the person who installed the floor were all very nice to work with. My only gripe is the contracted delivery people were supposed to call and schedule the delivery ahead of time, instead they called without notice and told us they were on the way to deliver, which meant my husband had to leave work early to be there to accept the delivery. They also got lost and we had to tell them turn by turn how to get to our house over the phone. We live inside city limits and most phones have gps nowadays so thought that was annoying. However, over all I’m happy with our experience.

Not happy with the quarter round they left us with. The flooring was also suppose to be scratch resistant. It got scratched when our refrigerator was moved back. No way to lift this huge thing. LL flooring customer service never followed up. I would not recommend this place. Also they quoted us a price then raised it at install. I like the flooring but if I had the chance I would go somewhere else. When you contact the local store they refer you to their customer service department. No accountability or responsibility here.

The worst place you can ever by flooring from. Most dishonest people I've ever seen and the foreign business. I've went to well over 20 houses that lumber liquidators has totally screwed over to try to help fix their problems. Just today I went to a house that they dropped off a lot of laminate to and unwrapped every Box even though it says right in the instructions not to unwrap on until you install. The reason they did this is so they can get out of the warranty and at the same time the people can't bring back the junk they sold them. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to that place. Let's not even talk about their warehouse is not climate controlled and it voids almost all the warranties they have because of the excessive temperature change. DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Didn't like the manger. Talks up the flooring then puts it down that you need pad. I had 6 extra unopened boxed that they wouldn't take back even though they still had the same product in stock. I would never shop here again. The box stores have caught up to selection and price and are not as shady with better customer service and return policies.

To start off with I know nothing about flooring. However I went into the Columbia, MO branch and have never had someone disrespect my friend and I. Upon arrival we were not greeted nor did the person working behind the counter even get up to help up. Instead he complained about the place. Next, what I thought was a good deal turned out to be damaged goods. When loading the product up in my car I found this out with the many stickers all over the boxes. To make matters worse the person working started cussing and giving off a very negative pose. To be honest I was scared so I just help load what I could and got out of there. I will never be back nor will I refer anyone. If Lumber Liquidators is going to sell damaged product they may want to let the person know. Like I said, I thought maybe it was just being discontinued or not stocked anymore.

We had a wonderful experience at our local Lumber Liquidators. The staff was friendly and informative. They sold us exactly what we needed. The installation process was also wonderful and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to put new flooring in to their home.

We worked with Nathan who was very professional and helped us pick out the best floors for our new home. We got a good product and a great price, and Nathan coordinated with our builder and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We would absolutely recommend to anyone.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FLOORING FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATORS! They do not stand behind their product and the claims process is a joke. The local manager would not even take the time to call me to discuss the problem after 2 trips to the local office. No one ever came to look at the defective flooring even thought I was told they would. Once they had my money I was just a number to them. I even offered to buy upgraded flooring from the local store and pay any additional to the installer and location for better flooring but never received a call from the Columbia manager. When I asked the claims people how to file an appeal to the decision I never received a response! My wife and I visited the local Lumber Liquidators location and purchased bamboo flooring. The sales associate indicated it was 30 year scratch resistant. He spoke highly of the flooring and the fact that it would withstand wooden chair and table legs and 2 young boys. We ordered the flooring and after a 3 week acclamation process it was installed. The local store failed to follow up on the order for the base boards and the air vents. Immediately upon installation (within a couple hours of the certified Lumber Liquidators installation) my wife texted me a picture of a noticeable scratch in the new flooring left by the wooden leg of a chair at our dining room table. The wooden table, chair, and barstool legs leave a scratch each and every time they are moved. These are the same chairs that have been on wooden floors for the past 10 years without scratching since we received them as wedding presents. Upon noticing the scratching we visited the local store and began the process of determining if the flooring is defective or not. We were told someone would come out to the house to inspect the flooring. Instead the claims people had FedEx pick up the flooring and "tested" the product to determine if the finish is defective. We received a standard letter telling us the results of the testing and denying the claim. Lumber Liquidators never sent an inspector to look at the flooring. I visited the local office to show the salespeople the pictures I have of the flooring that now looks 10+ years old after just a few months. The associates viewed the pictures and agreed the scratching was excessive. They forwarded the pictures to the manager of the local branch. After not receiving a call within a week from the manager I again visited the store and was told a manager would contact me. Now a full week later, I have not received a call nor have I seen an inspector. All I am asking is for someone to physically inspect the flooring as it is obviously defective to all that have seen it. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LUMBER LIQUIDATORS. THEIR PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS AND THEY DO N0T STAND BEHIND IT!
