Only giving more than one star for the lovely woman who works at the front desk, I wish I remembered her name. Tom didn't seem to be willing to work with my small budget and when I'd offer ideas to make my flooring more affordable (like having family install the LVP instead of them) he laughed at me. I felt belittled and silly being there. I was able to get really nice carpet and LVP within my budget at another floor place in Columbia where I was treated with respect,, so I know what I wanted wasn't impossible! I will not be back and do not recommend Stovers.
We are so pleased with the service we received. Stover's Flooring was easy to work with. The customer service was outstanding. They offered quick service and were very trustworthy.

These guys are wonderful. I would not use anyone else. They are experts on all things carpet and flooring, offer amazing customer service, and have great installers.

I have used Stover's on multiple occasions for carpet and tile flooring. I shop around, but always end up going with Stover's. The pricing is always competitive and they have always been so easy to work with on both the selection and installation. Just plain old fashioned, friendly customer service!

Our “go to” for flooring (carpet and vinyl plank)! First, love the customer service. They listen to want you want and go from there, no overselling. They have been timely and efficient. Our first experience was so good, tried again. Same experience. Will not hesitate to work with them in the future. Highly recommend them!

Needed carpet and vinyl for kitchen preparing for sale of my home. Eric, owner, came same day and measured, surveyed what I needed and had his crew out the next day! They were timely and efficient with excellent experience and craft . I also had a 9x12 wool area rug that was cleaned at a rate no one in Columbia offered. M Customer service lives at Stovers! You all rock!

Great to work with! I own several properties in Columbia but live out of town. They coordinated to get into my properties, gave accurate quotes and were available to install the carpet quickly. Their team is efficient and friendly. I have used them several times and recommend them.
