They came and serviced our fireplace last year and this spring came to clean out our dryer duct. Service was timely and efficient from the initial call to the end. They give a small time block that the technician will be there and then have the technician call when they are 15 mins away. This is extremely helpful in scheduling. Pricing was reasonable and technicians were respectful of our home and time. We will use them again.
The service techs were friendly and professional. They communicated everything they did very clearly. I will definitely be using Star again in the future!

We have had Star Heating and Cooling as our service for maintaining our heating/cooling system and our fireplace insert - such good work they do - they are always on time and stay with the job until it’s ready to go! Shout out to Jon and Lucas for their fixing us up today - they worked hard and communicated great!

Excellent service on our older gas fireplace. They were professional, entered the house with covered shoes and our fireplace is now in tip top shape. They shared tips and safety suggestions all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend. We will be using them again.
