Our serviceman immediately caught the problem saving him lots of unnecessary work and time and us a fewer headaches!! The circuit breaker to our sewer pump had been turned off. He turned it back on and stayed to assure that that indeed was the issue. Thank you, Mr. Rooter!

I called at 7:30 AM and they were here by 10:00 AM same day. It took 3 hours to get the pipes and water heater unfrozen. Very satisfied.

Mr Rooter takes care of all our properties. They are honest , fair and dependable. They are knowledgeable and competent and have never let us down.

Update:
We just had them back out and they were awesome! Showed up a few minutes early. They got us in quickly. The tech went above and beyond in getting things fixed! They are just great!
They were very professional, very conscious of cleaning up behind themselves, and did a great job at fixing the core issue. I really appreciate their help and plan to use them again for projects I have down the road. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and upfront plumber.

Mr. Rooter responded to my water leak in the house the same day I called them, even though it was a holiday week end. This really impressed me. Robert was the tech and I will recommend him to all my friends. He was a very nice person and very efficient.

Called them after my drains backed up. They were able to fit me in same day and were able to unclog the pipes and gave me estimates on fixing the issue long term. Very polite and respectful. Will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.
