Buyer Beware!!!! I would give a zero stars. These guys scratched my granite tops with their drill when they drilled the hole for my garbage disposal air switch. I gave them plenty of opportunities to make it right, and after the third time of them coming out to my house to try and fix it, the scratch was still there. I had made an agreement with them prior to that that if they couldn't get it out they would credit my bill $500.00. After not being able to get the scratch out, they tried to make me pay full price for the scratched top, and when I told the manager I would happily pay full price for an unscratched top, he refused to replace it, and wouldn't agree to the $500.00 credit agreed upon originally. Shady people who lie and refuse to make their mistakes right!!!!!!!
Please do not use CMC Manufacturing. We are disappointed in our experience with them. Considering the thousands of dollars spent, we expected high quality workmanship. First installation: the "U" of the counter was in three pieces. One piece was a different color. The installers had to have noticed that, but chose to not mention it, probably hoping we wouldn't notice. We did. They came back and installed the new pieces. This time, the seams on our nearly-all-white counters are dark gray. We asked the installers why, and one told us that he could have had soil on his fingers or on the razor he used. Soil. We called CMC. They offered to do the seams again, but said they don't usually look as good the second time. We certainly didn't want them to look worse... So, we asked for a partial refund. After a couple days of deliberation on their part, they called us to say the installer did NOT say his fingers or blade were soiled and the color of our seams was "within industry standards." I talked to the flooring supplier that recommended them, and he said he has heard they had issues with customer support. So, in summary, if you want to pay thousands of dollars for a product that is flawed and for which CMC will not take responsibility, definitely go to them.

Make an appointment before you come or expect zero service. The front desk was borderline rude when we were planning to spend around 8k. I guess they only want clients who spend 10k plus. I wouldn't recommend them, but that is based on one experience. We won't use them.

I was given Central Missouri Countertops name from a plumber I’de been working with for months trying to secure my sink basin to a granite countertop. The basin kept dropping down because the weight was too heavy and my plumber had recommended a new garbage disposal unit to assist. After months of patching the problem finally a senior technician gave me CMC’s number and it was a game changer! Zach called me back within minutes ready to schedule and coordinate the job. I work for a local non-profit and they were willing to work with my limitations to make sure our sink was in working order and the paperwork would be sorted out afterwards. Zach gave me the names of the technicians that would be repairing the sink. The crew called to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and arrived early and even removed my garbage disposal unit at no additional cost. The job was completed within 45 min! The work has held up over time and I can’t say I’ve had a better experience anywhere! CMC’s crew is kind, reliable and generous with their time and talent! If you want a wonderful experience from beginning to end these are your guys. I can’t articulate how grateful I am to have worked with this amazing local company. This experience has moved me to tears. Thank you.

Abe was good to work with last week, but the the service was less than lacking today. I was ignored for 20 mintues then turned away because I didn't have an appointment... (I wasn't told before hand I needed one.)

Make sure this isn’t the only place you get an estimate. Thankful they upset me enough to get another bid.
1. Never any follow up. If I’m spending thousands of dollars I shouldn’t have to constantly call so that I can get a return phone call. What a waste of my time..... Told them to throw away my bid without even knowing what it was.
2. Manager calls to give bid over the phone without even knowing their was a problem. No communication or doesn’t care. I was discouraged to go with Cambria Quartz because they said how expensive it was. Turns out it was only $400 more than the other selections I made.
3. Last...... Their estimate was extremely higher than the company I chose to spend my money with. Don’t claim you’re a wholesaler without having wholesale prices.
I suggest you go to Martellaro in Jefferson City, MO. I wasn’t shopping for prices, I was looking for service. They had both!!
