I use to work here and Jeff was one of the nicest people I ever worked for, he's not just out for your money, if you got problems going on in your life he will work with you and he does great work! My vehicle broke down and he gave me a ride to work until I was able to purchase another vehicle in which he helped me find.

Our heater went out in the house and we gave this company a call and they responded quickly! They repaired our issue the same day thank goodness with the weather being so cold. The guy was very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you for taking care of us right away!

I called and they came within the hour. Found the problem with my AC and fixed it quickly. They also gave advice on how to prevent it from happening again. Reasonably priced. I will definitely call again for my heating and cooling needs. So thankful to have air conditioning again super fast!

Chris helped my family out. He knew exactly what he was doing and was so professional. The price of the unit was much cheaper than other companies in the area.

They did an ok job with the install of AC and Heat pump. However, when I questioned why a heat run was not installed in the lower level bath, I was told it would be too cold in the summer. A few months later I noted it also gets too cold in the winter.
I called to have an additional heat run installed in early January, but it was never scheduled and no followup. I stopped by in March to remind them of my issue and was to they still had my note and would get back to me. It is now September and I have heard nothing.
I had also requested a quote to install a mini split maybe 18 months back. Someone came out to gather the info, but never mailed, emailed or otherwise provided a quote.

Our A/C unit was severely old and outdated and beyond repair so called Rogers and Jeff came out assessed the issues, ordered a new unit n had it installed w/ in a couple days! Very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, great work guys! I definitely recommend these guys if you need heating/cooling work done. Thank you for cooling our house down!
