Very unprofessional Owners! Do NOT trust them. They will not meet with customer after installation in person face to face! Also they do not deliver you what contract reads!
Do not order your dock from these unprofessional crooks!
Your Response is Inaccurate and NOT True! We agreed to your Estimate sent to extend walkway and stiffarm which included us paying the additional Estimate amount you sent, the following day after I agreed you sent an email saying you would NOT honor the Estimate! Those are the facts! And you still refused to meet with us in person at the Dock!
Dock works llc would be my first choice due to the craftsmanship of their product you can go anywhere on the lake of Ozarks and see their products for yourself and the staff is friendly. So stop by meet the staff and see the work being done for yourself and tell them ray sent ya.

Starting in April, I reached out to a variety of dock companies and got many quotes on my single well with swim platform project. I ended up pulling the trigger with Dock Works in mid June and my dock was delivered in late August, 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The craftsmanship and build looks absolutely beautiful, they obviously did not cut any corners. The communication during the entire process was excellent and I could not be happier with our results.
If you’re looking for a new Dock Build you should definitely consider this organization. Happy to answer any questions anyone might have

Called over 4 weeks ago to get a bid on a new tile deck for my dock. The employee said not a problem they will get someone out to bid the job but the work will not be able to be accomplished until September. I told her not a problem. I never heard back from dock works so I called them last week and they told me that they will not bid my job as they are no longer taking residential jobs. When I told them what the employee told me they said that employee quit and it is not their problem what she told me since she no longer works at dock works. I hear they do really good work but they have an issue with staff being not trained and rude to customers.
