Received the Wrong shower door and then Hoods brought me the right door but took parts that were needed for the installation. Absolutely will not purchase anything from Hoods again!!!!

The customer service and quality materials is the reason I always go to Hoods. Al answers all my tedious questions with patience and Rachel is always super friendly.

I have been to the Fenton location many times and just wanted to say how helpful the employees are. I have been working on a kitchen for over a year, plans changed and there have been many bumps in the road, but Abby has been there to help me every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with any issues I am having. I orginally started with a different designer which is why I had some issues...I sure wish I would have had Abby from the start.
And then there is Al! I have had the pleasure of speaking with him many times as well and he is always very friendly and willing to give me advise on whatever project I am doing.
Great job on finding quality employees Hoods! We all know that is not the easiest thing to do in todays world.

I ordered handles for cabinets, they told me it’d be delivered in a couple days. 2 weeks went by and we contacted this company asking where it is, they said they never even placed the order in the first place.
we asked for a refund , and they agreed. but instead of refunding the total they charged us AGAIN. charged twice. wasted weeks of my time waiting around with no handles.

This place is amazing, employees are great! They are very attentive, helpful, they always there without waiting for someone to help you. I would highly recommend this place in fenton. They are best, just like the owner Mr & Mrs Hood. They were always humble, down to earth couple who also treated us great to all of us at the De Villa

I am consistently surprised by the selection and price every time I come here. Tons of flooring options at great prices. Doors, vanities too. The service is great as well. I bought some flooring and the dude was waiting to get me loaded up. This is my first stop whenever I'm shopping for flooring and doors.

Great start.
Came in, drafted up the kitchen quickly no hassle, came back after verify a couple measurements , edited & made some design changes & rolled outta there with an estimate for cabs & counters.
Extra hardware available @ a good price.
