Great company to work with! I like to spend $ locally. Never had roof hail damage in 50+ yrs so not familiar with the process. Bill and his team walked me thru the entire process. The on-site superintendent was thorough on the inspection and oversaw the roof install by a great team of hard workers. I hope we don't need a new roof again, but if we do, Bill West Roofing will be our choice!
Bill West Roofing was excellent! They came out promptly to my home in Napoleon. Took lots of pictures explaining what was needed. They fixed my roof leaks in two different spots. Quality of work and professionalism was great, and the price seemed very fair to me. I highly recommend Bill and his team. They were great to work with, and the results were great. Thank You!

I have known Bill quite a while now, and consider him a true friend. I asked him to quote our roof. The project was awesome! We had a small hiccup, and Bill got personally involved to make it right! In the end, they went above and beyond what they said they were going to do! The quality of thier work is unbelievable! I am very happy with the project and cost, and recommend them to everyone. After the March hail storm, we reached out to Bill West Roofing to come evaluate our roof. We wanted someone local with a good reputation. Initially, we “fell through the cracks” as we waited 3 different times for someone to come and do the evaluation. After becoming aware of that, they reached out, apologized and promised to get someone to us the next day. Their man did show up the next day, did a very thorough evaluation and later that day we received the pictures, report and recommendations with estimates. At this point I’m editing my initial review from 1 to 3 stars because while it would have been best if someone had come out when they first said, after being made aware of the problem they didn’t try to make excuses. Instead they admitted/owned the failure and took steps to get it corrected right away and I respect that.

This company has been excellent to work with, from the first call after our hail damage they answered every question, gave us an estimate quickly, kept us informed of the schedule, arrived and finished exactly as promised, employees were friendly and did great work, they picked up all loose items and nails. After work was completed foreman came back out to check all work and cleanup. Would absolutely recommend this company!!

Bill West Roofing has been taking care of our roof for the last 20 plus years. They have always been courteous and clean up after they are finished. The wind blew some of the debris into my neighbors backyard and they went to the neighbor to ask permission to clean it up! they go above and beyond!!! Now if only my Insurance agent would do the same!!

On a business level, Bill was very informative on the process of dealing with my homeowners insurance. He explained the different plans we could do without trying to talk us into spending more money and understood our particular situation. His crew was amazing and their clean up was unbelievably amazing as well.
On a personal level, he was kind and helpful as we made our decision on products and items to replace. I’m so glad we listened to our friend that recommended him and am very happy with his company’s finished product.
I highly recommend his company for any roofing needs.

I can not say enough good about my experience with Bill West Roofing. From the initial inspection to the finished product Bill, his Family and his Crew were amazing to work with.
I got 4 bids on my roof project. Bill West's price was right in the middle/lower end of the bids I got.
But, I received a MUCH HIGHER QUALITY roof and warranty with Bill West than any of the others for the price.
I went with the Designer Package using Landmark PRO shingles. Best on the market!
With this package and the material's used I have a 50yr material warranty and a 25yr workmanship warranty. You will not find that with any other roofer.
The materials used are all top notch and the crew that Bill sent out was amazing. They are trained pro's!! Everything about the workmanship on my roof is perfect. They arrived at 8:00am and were cleaning up to leave at 6:00pm on a very hot 94 deg. day. Excellent work and very hard workers.
Clean up was perfect, Bill even sent an inspector out to look at the roof when it was finished and did a last walk around the house looking for any nails missed.
Bill is old school. Down to earth and easy to work with. No pressure sales. You will get exactly what Bill promises you.
Great experience from start to finish with Bill West.
Please, get a bid from Bill before you choose a roofer, you will not be sorry with the outcome of your roofing project.
