Nate was the carpenter/electrician/plumber and all around very professional employee!!! He constantly asked us what WE wanted and drove through the ice and snow to get to the job. I give him an 11 out of 10! Everyone was very professional and work together to complete the work! Robert supported Nate and Doug sold the job to us!! We would recommend Aspire to a friend!!!

In 2019 we started a remodel on our master bath with a different company. This well-known company in the area is one we will not return to.
Fast forward to 2024. It was time to fix what the initial remodel company did not do well and to upgrade the shower. The entire process using Aspire was a total upgraded experience.
It started with a phone call asking for a bid. Woody came to the house. Upon entering the master bath, he immediately identified errors by the first remodel company as well as finding additional glitches from the previous remodel. He was attentive, listened to the wants and needs and could immediately give a ballpark estimate of the cost of the remodel. The estimate was itemized so that we could choose what to complete and remain within a budget. This was much appreciated. Woody followed up a couple of weeks later, responded to at least two more email questions from us about his bid and the products that would be used, and was patient as we waited to talk to a few other remodel companies. In the end, Woody's attentive and honest response set up our relationship with Aspire.
Within a month, a team of three, including Woody, came for a walk through to remeasure, confirm the goals of the remodel, and order the products. This was a great team who also listened, questioned to make sure the goals of the remodel could be met, and then emailed a rendering of the project. From there, we were invited to the business office to select what materials to use-specifically tile.
Around a month or so after this the walk through, a phone call came that they were ready to start the project. On the first day, the project manager, Robbie, and an expert remodeler, Dylan arrived. They began by planning and walking through the project with each other before including us in the conversation. From there, Dylan utilized his expertise to build a beautiful shower and correct mistakes from the previous remodeling company. Dylan's attention to detail was noted with his careful measuring and placement of the tiles. We had a three-shelf niche. This meant the large tiles were pretty tricky to cut. Dylan was also cognizant to notice the veining of the tiles and place them on the walls so their motion lined up well. Any time I had a question or noticed something, Dylan would patiently answer. Quite frankly, he already noticed the issue and it was in the process of being resolved. The project was well done with great materials, and better craftsmanship.
Once the project was over, Robbie came by for a final walk through, answered a few more questions, and taught us a bit about how to adjust the water temperature on the shower faucet. He also reviewed the warranty on their work. My previous experience from a different remodeler had them emailing the final invoice, no walk through, and additional fees tacked on without communication.
Clearly, Aspire is a company that should be considered for your remodeling project.
-Willingness to do any type of job whether it be a small job or really large job.
-Treated every customer equally.
-Clear communication throughout the project.
-Excellent materials to ensure a beautiful finish.
-Knowledgeable employees at every level.
-Quality craftsmanship from people they employee. Dylan had to be skilled at electrical, tiles, plumbing, painting, ceiling work, etc. The only outsourcing was from Westport glass. You have to appreciate the use of a quality local company who also sent fantastic installers.
-Zero surprise charges.
Would I use Aspire for future remodeling jobs? Absolutely! I have to say, I would wait to team up again with Woody, Robbie, and Dylan.

We was just blown away by the quantity of the product and the care they took to protect our house and cleansing it throughout the process.Thank You Aspire (George) Woody , Lori &Dave Cummings for the amazing work!. They went above and beyond there job ☺️ And I would truly recommend this company to family and friends ☺️ thank you again for the outstanding job, every time I walk into my shower I just smile ☺️ it is so beautiful! ❤️

Initial phase including design and materials selection started off well but as things progressed there was a sense of impatience at times from our project lead. He was very helpful in the beginning with color and material selection, but this faded as we got further into the process. There were a couple production issues right before the instal that made us wonder how well our choices were being noted by the team. Install team was very good. Had a single installer for our project so may have taken a little longer than initially expected but he was excellent. Installer was certainly detail oriented which we appreciated. The installation team was good about coming back, too, and redrilling shelving holes that were not at proper depth for the shelving pins. In the end, we do like the look of our kitchen refacing and cabinet build, however, I do not feel we would use Aspire again for a future project due to some of the late design and production side concerns that happened. If just rating the installation team, would give 5 stars.

We had our second major renovation with Aspire redoing our outdated kitchen. A big shoutout to Devin, George and Woody. Woody for helping us design and select materials for the remodel to stay within an existing footprint. George for being there daily to check on progress and answer questions and Devin who was the primary carpenter and installer of the kitchen. Devin’s attention to detail, skill set in all aspects of carpentry left us confident in how it would turn out.
The integrity and trustworthiness of the staff and company allowed us to go out of state for a wedding while they continued to work on the kitchen.
We would recommend them for any remodeling project in the future.

Aspire company did a total master bath remodel including demolition and new construction within the existing space.
They met the timelines for beginning and ending the project notwithstanding the supply chain issues.
The workmanship was first rate. They assigned Terry who worked solo on most of the project with specialized staff (electrician/plumber) assisting when needed. This one on one attention to the project was superb as we often made slight changes to incorporate the remodel vision.
The only recommendation we could bring forward would be suggesting more detailed blueprints/working diagrams be available to the staff and homeowner.
We would utilize this company again for future remodeling projects.

Aspire was great to work with. They listened to our ideas and provided a solution to all of our requests. Dylan was very detailed, professional, and did a fantastic job. I love how our bathroom turned out! I would recommend Aspire!

Can’t say enough good things about the work Dylan did. Very detailed and skilled with his craft. Extremely courteous and professional while working in our house when we were home. Cleaned up any messes on a daily basis.

From start to finish, our kitchen remodeling experience was wonderful with Aspire. Justin and Jaime were very professional and excellent craftsmen. They communicated very well and we trusted them completely. Their work was excellent, and our kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend this company and crew for any remodeling service!

The Aspire team was professional from start to finish. We are 100%+ satisfied with Aspire. They were knowledgeable, proficient & skilled in every aspect of our kitchen remodel. They always started on time and completed the project when they said they would. Every person at Aspire was pleasant and easy to have in our home. Highly recommend Aspire Kitchen and Bath. Not only was the whole team both personable and professional, but they also obviously take pride in their work, and it shows in the result. Communication was great from beginning to end and the attention to detail top notch – whether it was explaining the process, helping us navigate a tight timeline, reworking a detail to make it better, or adjusting the scope of our project. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of our kitchen cabinet refacing, new doors and drawers. A special shout out to Craig, Jeremy, George, and Paul who went above and beyond in transforming our space. We would definitely contact Aspire again should we have any future renovations.

We are very satisfied with the work Aspire Kitchen & Bath completed in our kitchen and master bath. Our project manager, George Wood, was extremely communicative throughout the process and has been very responsive in correcting a few issues experienced when the project was finished. Terry Gochenhour, the individual who performed most of the work, was very knowledgeable, respectful of our property, communicated what would take place each day, listened and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He has great attention to detail. All of the workers who had any part in our project were personable, respectful and proficient.
Should we have of a need of future renovations, Aspire will be the first company I contact.

Want to say that the process was super neat! We loved having Brady, Justin and Jaime here for this last month, they took great care of us. They are very professional, courteous and take great care in their craft, and it shows! They took our 50's floor plan and made her look like a completely different house by opening two walls and giving our the kitchen the update it desperately needed. From the start to end, I have nothing but positive remarks. I'd recommend these guys hands down, and am eager to find another project in "our money pit," here soon to hire them again.
