This company was a joy to deal with. Excellent customer service and great communication. After several bad experiences with other roll-off dumpster providers, I took a chance on these guys and glad I did. This is their main thing, not an inconvenient side business. I think that makes a big difference. Highly recommended.

Very Dishonest and Misleading. $$$ LOTS of Additional Fees. The company also goes by multiple names, LIBERTY DUMPSTER, RELIANT DUMPSTER, & MY DUMPSTER GUY. Read all the small print and make certain anyone using the dumpster does too! $50 for a mattress, $75 per tire if someone puts a tire in your dumpster (Landfills only charge $5), no "buckets', cell phones, rocks??, dirt?? (are these bad for the environment?), appliances, etc. etc. etc. $35 to "sort" what's in the dumpster then $25 to email you an additional bill for any of these items. Its a dumpster you can't put trash in.

I can’t say enough about this company. They go above and beyond to meet our goals. Our Rep Jillian is the best and Allie the president is super responsive and accessible. We use them on all of our remodel projects that require more debris than a dump trailer. Make this place a must for all your debris removal needs!

I cannot say enough about this company. They have come to my rescue a number of times. I have had several large cleanup projects on my property and for my business. Customer service has been top notch. Response has been timely and they have gone above and beyond expectations. I have filled several dumpsters with challenging content but they come through every time. I like the variety of dumpster options to suite any project. The prices were reasonable and more than fair. I highly recommend my dumpster guy.

I am highly disappointed in this company. The My dumpster guy picked up a dumpster my mom had at her house for 10 days, and subsequently scratched the entire right side of my black truck during pick up. The worst part is they never said one word! Not a courtesy message, no offer to fix the damage they caused, nothing. I just stepped out of her house this morning checking on something totally different and noticed the dumpster was gone and there were white scratches going along the right side of my truck. This could only have been the driver of the tow removing the dumpster as my truck had not moved in a day. I was literally at the house all day yesterday awaiting pickup and didn't even know they had come to pick it up although they stated to my mom that they would be by the house between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., since they missed their scheduled pick up the day before. This is sickening because had we been located in the suburbs we would have at least gotten a knock on the door. I could never recommend this company to anyone especially the contractors we work with.
