I shopped around at about 5 or 6 places & was quoted the best price by Grandview Top. The entire process from finding the slab, to payment, to install, etc was smooth & easy. On installation day the installers were on time, professional, fast, & made the process look effortless. My countertops look amazing! UPDATED 10/19/23: Eric did contact us and come out to discuss some options. He had installers return in a few days to remove the unsupported section of the counter and install brackets underneath at no extra charge. I would like to commend him and Grandview Top for willingness to make this job right! Product is still top notch. Service seems to have taken a bit of a backslide. We are repeat customers x3. First two interactions were amazing front to back - legit 5+ stars! This time (kitchen countertop replacement) we had a few issues. First, we were not informed when our installers were going to arrive until about 30 min before they did! It was just luck of the draw we were home but we had no time to prep the space sufficiently. The installers did no clean up. Dust and debris left on the floor. The first 2 installers left around noon with the job half done, saying another crew would be back at 3pm to finish. No communication but 3 guys show up at 6pm, again unannounced. And again luck of the draw we were home. Lastly, our wall was left damaged and 3 support brackets, which we were originally told could be reused, were torn out during the demo leaving damage to the wall. See photos. Plus we are now responsible for repairs to this, repainting the wall and finding and installing new support brackets. I did inquire about this and was told this sometimes happens during installs, the brackets could not support the new counters and any repairs are not the installers responsibility. I wasn't surprised by this response overall but rather more taken aback there was no offer to make this right by reducing our cost, offering to make the repair, meet us halfway...nothing. Be sure to ask lots of questions, if you choose Grandview top, as far as what will be done and not done and get as much in writing as you can. Again product=great, service=not so great!

Stunning! Excellent from beginning to end. These counters are gorgeous and the installation was great. We used a different local company for our counters at our previous house and we didn't love the sales guy or the installation or the long term caulk job. But with Grandview Tops, they were kind, easy to work with, communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and the seam was so well done I couldn't find it. Highly recommend.
