What a great roofing company. I LOVE my roof and gutters. Thanks to Ray, Valerie, Travis, Brian, and everyone involved in this project. The guys that actually put the roof on were very nice and dang, they never get tired. They were work horses and detail oriented. They cleaned up every night.
Ray and Valerie were super sweet and funny. Very easy to communicate with, and communication is the most important thing. They helped me with deciding on what roof to choose. It's a big investment and they wanted to make sure I was happy. I'm a bit of a nut, and now a happy nut.
Travis made sure everything was going perfect. He would get on the roof and make sure it was being done right. Travis was pretty picky. Not a bad thing when you are dealing with a roof. I'm glad he was picky I know the job was done well. Brian came back over and touch up painted and double checked everything.
My husband and I really couldn't be happier with the job well done. We were amazed and now can rest assured we have a good roof to weather the storms. No worries for 50 years. Thanks Pyramid Roofing
If you are in need of a new roof, gutters or downspouts look no further. Pyramid Roofing has put 2-roofs on are house and do an outstanding job. Dennis Maas and Heather Roach were fantastic to work with. The crew for them did a great job and cleaned up everything after the project was done. I would highly recommend them.

Look no further If you need it I would recommend Pyramid for your roofing and guttering needs. I am very happy with the job they did for us. Ray Lindner got us the quotes and info we needed fast and was a consummate pro throughout the installation and answered all questions promptly and made astute suggestions as well from his experience. Heather was a pleasure to work (and personable) with and very thorough with her help as well. Top quality materials and workmanship at a fair price. The work was completed quickly in two days for everything. The roof and gutter crews were exceptional. Everything proceeded exactly as they told us. They even invited us to tour their facility in Grandview and see samples! We are happy we made an excellent decision to go with Pyramid! Money well spent!

Super happy with our new roof, gutters and gutter guards. Every part of the process was smooth and easy for us as the homeowner. Pyramid Roofing did everything they said they would do and were delightful to work with. Great value and great service. Highly recommend.

Our second roof from Pyramid. Both times because of hail damage. They deal with the insurance company's quote and work on adjustments that need to be made-- They also let you know if they see any other issues. Like our chimney, we would not have known that the mortar was in bad shape! Thank you Pyramid Roofing. Great customer service!

Several years ago we had a hail storm come through and damage was done to several roofs in our neighborhood. A roofing company came to the door trying to drum up business. Their representative told us that we had damage that would need repair. I did my due diligence and reached out to my insurance company who suggested I talk to the reputable people at Pyramid Roofing. They quickly came out, assessed the damage only to report that there wasn't anything worth spending money on. They saved me money and left empty handed. I put their card in my file for the next time I would need help.
So, recently when we needed a small roof repair, Pyramid was first on my list to call. Their representative came out promptly, took pictures of the damage and give me a concise assessment of the situation. They were able to repair the damage quickly and professionally. They worked around my schedule and everyone I encountered was pleasant, knowledgable and interested in helping me.
I hope I don't need roof repair again anytime soon but if I do, I will know to call Pyramid.

5 Stars are NOT enough!! Mike and Pyramid Roofing have gone out of their way to help us! From offering to tarp our roof to prevent any further damage, to nailing a few shingles down until the new roof could be installed, to following up to ensure the installation was precise. The roofers also installed drip edge flashing on our shed for FREE to go above and beyond. The roof was installed with care and they even installed additional soffit vents as our old roof didn't have enough to vent the attic properly. This is our second home to have a roof installed by Pyramid Roofing and our experience with this company will always have us referring friends, family, and neighbors. Now they have resorted to calling me a liar, so in response: the gutter section WAS damaged after being put up and taken down 3-4 times. Their employees DID verify the damage. They DID eventually get the gutters up, it took 10 weeks and 3 different crews. I DID have to hire another contractor to fix a lot of the issues they left (like the untreated pine they put up as facia.) they DO have that invoice, and were kind enough to take that amount off our invoice. Yes after the second crew screwed up the gutter installation (they replaced the downspouts with the ones that were the correct width, but didn’t bother cutting the holes in gutters to match the larger diameter) I did tell them they had more than enough chances to correct it, and I wanted to hire another company to fix it. They then threatened to take me court because their contract states I have to give them every opportunity to fix their mistakes. Their employees and contractors are bullies who try to blame the customer in order to cover their rears…as can be seen in their response to the review. They are unprofessional at best and slanderous at their worst. They deducted $1500 off the bill after 10 weeks of calling, emailing, and fighting for corrective action, the Operations Manager was the only person who even seemed to care that things were done poorly. No one else in the company called until yesterday when they asked me to take down my review. So if/when this happens to you, call Robert…he’s the only one you’ll get anywhere with. ?♀️
We hired then to replace the roof and gutters at our animal shelter. Hands down the worst experience with a vendor I’ve ever had. The sales process is great, but after that it’s dismal. They subcontract the work, then don’t stand behind the crews they hire. Even when their own employees admit it is a terrible job, they don’t respond with anything other than resending your invoice. We are more than 2 months out with no resolution. Every time I call, management is “in a meeting” and no one ever calls back. At this point I’ll have to hire another company to come out and redo what they did.
If you do hire them (which I do NOT recommend) get an inspection before you pay them. We found lots corners were cut with the roof as well, and never would have known if we hadn’t gone up and inspected the work. It’s such a bummer.
