One of the service reps came in. Said he was just around the corner working on another job and saw that your fire extinguisher needs its yearly check. I asked hi how much it was. He said $60. I said OK for $60 dollars. He fidddled with the fire extinguisher for no more than 3 minutes and had me sign for the service. A few days later, I received a bill for over $200. That is fraudulent. I called the billing department and she said she would forward my complaint to the service manager. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. Do not use this company for your fire inspection needs. They will show up to your business unannounced, lie to you about how much the service costs, then force you to pay the bill.

My alarm has been beeping all morning and I can't get ANYONE on the phone. Every number goes to voicemail, including the main office number. Customer service is clearly not anywhere on the priority list, which is not great when you're talking about fire protection.
