Matt came out today to do a 6 month checkup of my recently installed Carrier System.
Matt was very professional and knowledgeable of my system. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and that it would take around an hour and a half to complete.
I am glad I chose Air Comfort Service since all I have had contact with are very professional people.
Next April when Matt or another service tech comes out to check out the AC system, I am going to sign up for a yearly maintenance agreement with Air Comfort.

Per maintenance agreement Matt visited today and did a complete check up of our Carrier system installed last year. The first thing Matt did before coming into our home was put on shoe protectors, then he explained what he was going to do and if I had any questions. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job of representing the company he works for Air Comfort. Matt was here for a little over an hour found the system working great.
Christian is very courteous, polite and professional. Although my issue was minor to me it was major. He took the time not just to fix my thermostat but also explained what to do if it occurs again.

Logan worked us into his schedule when our a/c quit working. He came when the scheduler said he’d be here. He worked around our curious dog, going up and down the stairs to find us. His demeanor was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and cleaned our a/c, as well as checking our furnace. We are pleased with the process and the outcome. Thanks, Logan!

Mike came out to perform regular maintenance, but we also had a lot of questions. He recommended some solutions that will save us money in the long run. This is not always the case with some companies. He and his boss were accommodating, honest, and professional. I will continue to give Air Comfort my business.

Air Comfort was fantastic.
They communicated with me very well and kept me informed as to my service appointment. They even came earlier than scheduled, but they had asked in advance, and this worked better for me!
Logan came out to check out our new air conditioner that had been installed with our furnace in November of 2023.
This was the first time to run the AC and it is part of their policy to do an inspection and "upstart".
Logan was fast, thorough, and knowledgeable.
Thank you Logan, Anthony, and the women in the office for all that you did to make this a pleasureable experience!

They always send nice staff. I also appreciate how prepared they are for the job once they arrive. Curtis was able to give very clear details on what would be happening during the install. I greatly appreciate how patient they are to explain your system to you, even if they have to open the furnace to show you.

Our technician, Tyler, was professional, courteous. Kept me informed of all services being performed. My original date of service was July 12th. Got a call and my date of service was moved to May 3rd.

Scott came by and took a look at a recently installed (not by them) Bryant HVAC system for me since I had some concerns and just wanted a sanity check. He provided his honest opinion. Way above and beyond for him to do that! My next system will be with Air Comfort, as will all maintenance until then. I'm giving up years of labor warranty (through the other company) to do so but you just can't quantify honesty and integrity. Scott exemplifies that. Most highly recommended!
