Movers were very nice but the unexpected fees were astronomical. They charged every 15 minutes and brought more people to pay then I expected and charged for an extra 15 minutes despite showing up a little late and leaving a little early. I'm also not sure if my deposit was added to the final payment. What was expected to be around $300 for moving a one bedroom apartment turned into about $1300. Once again, the team was nice and got the job done well, but beware of the unexpected charges they don't tell you about until they see you in person.

Charged almost double and apparently they can't read because the boxes were labeled but the shed is empty and it shouldn't be. Everything is crammed into the laundry area and blocking the back door so I can't get out. Stacked boxes that said don't stack fragile and they stacked them and stuff. Now I have to sue them for the fraudulent services, damages and price gouging. They did not look for my cat! Each box was labeled as to what room it should go to. The one person, a younger guy, had the sense to put some things in the shed. The driver is lying and why would he do that to cover his self! The only one who saw me unloading my car was the younger guy who decided to help me. They did not get everything from my home and I had to go back three times. I guess they decide when they are done. So if you feel like risking it call them but my advice is don't do it. I am disabled and they left me high and dry. If you have to ask someone where to put something that says kitchen, storage, living and so forth then you should enroll in a class to learn how to read. They did not go above and beyond. They stacked boxes on boxes that said Fraigle Do Not Stack. It was a 2 bedroom house that I previously lived in but the 2nd bedroom was never used it was empty. I usually don't write reviews because companies lie and exaggerate how they are perfect and pat there own back. This company is so unprofessional I am letting others know ahead of time. They never looked for my cat so don't be fooled by this lie. The first time I called them no answer, 2nd time left a message, called again and from the start the called me a liar and everything the driver said was true. The fire department came out and wrote up a report stating that the blocked back door was a violation and a safety risk. I was once again being called a liar. They couldn't even get the arrival time correct. They called and said we will be there at 9. I said the appt was set up for 11 to 11:30. Good Luck
