Horrible Customer Service and unpredictable hours. Everytime I go into this place, the staff is rude. A week or so ago I came in during there posted hours and they were closed. This is about the 4th occurrence this has happened in the last year. It's a shame there isn't other options in joplin because it wouldn't take much to beat locke in customer service. I much prefer the locke in Miami, OK. They are friendlier and much more helpful.

Not just a supplier but like having a helpful friend who knows how to fix everything. I took in my capacitor thinking I had to buy a new one. They tested it and it turned out to be fine so after talking through the issues they diagnosed the faulty fan.
They then explained exactly how to replace my fan with a generic replacement. Great customer service!

Those effin guys at locke... they sure can load some pipe in the rear of of your trailer. And man they sure do have a lot of free box to give out at the door. Just come in, buy some pipe... and get some free box. What a place! Sometimes they even hold it for you! ?

No these people are not amazing. In fact they are complete jerks. They act like you are a bother and they just want you out of their store. I went in looking for a fan motor for my ac and even though they had the part they said they didn't want to sell it to me. You should not have to beg people to sell you something. I will not go back to this place ever. Do your self a favor and go to Bowers.
