Come to the Downtown Store on Liberty St, the young lady at the counter was angry or had an inappropriate character when someone asked her something she responded angrily and in a bad way, I gave her the part number she was looking for, I showed her a photo and she told me she didn't have it, we had called 1 hour before and they told us that they had 150 pieces in stock, after searching and insisting they finally found them, I will not come back here again, it seems that they are not interested in selling their products

I googled my local western extralite in liberty mo. A lady answered the phone with a different name to my surprise. I asked if it was the business name I was familiar with. She stated the name of the new company and how it was formally know as such. So I asked her the store hours and confirmed they were still in the outer road on the west side of i35 in liberty. She said yes. Well when I drive there the signs are still all over the building. When you walk in it is a completely different hvac company. Just a heads up. Employee needs to be clear and ask questions like where are you coming from? Sucks

They fired everyone at the Liberty Mo. location that some worked there 30 years plus . The employees came in to work one day & were met by upper management & Clay County sheriffs dept . “who actually felt bad for being involved”. This is not the same place we all shopped at for years but now owned by a corporate giant that won’t ever get what they once had .

The Lawrence, KS location has some of the most helpful people I've dealt with. Unfortunately, the home office is less than helpful. Having sent in a federal tax exemption form for a non profit purchase, the company has not responded to this request after 45 days from the original purchase. I can only assume that they won't honor this request, and have decided not even to send a rejection response.

Why do I keep coming here. I have to explain everything and the wait is horrible. The salesman Rick is great though. Only ask for him. He the only reason they get 2 stars.
