He Quoted me a price for doing my Christmas lights we agreed with it . We also agreed that the first year would be higher because I would have to purchase new lights from him. Which he didn’t have the money for- but we brought some he could start the job- the next year last he wanted to change the price and charge me by the hour. When I sent proof to them of agreed amount going forward- I paid him then he STOLE MY LIGHTS and refused to return or take my calls!!!! I seen another review that that’s what he does! I tried my best to avoid this review like them because he seems to be a nice guy- but it’s almost been 1 year!!! He STOLE MY LIGHTS and now on the run. I hope they make him rich! That’s a shame! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY / Tyler!
I've used Tyler Prince window washing for quite a few years and he has always done a superior job. If you are not satisfied with a window he will make sure you are satisfied before he leaves. Will return if you are not happy at any time. I've referred 2/3 people to him and they have been totally happy with his service. You will be happy with his service!!

They cleaned my gutters back in April. They missed the appointment but was very apologetic and came out right away to get them done. They did a great job.
Fast forward to the end of October. I wanted to schedule a gutter cleaning in advance because I figured they would be busy and I wanted to wait until after all of the leaves fell. They said no problem and got me scheduled for November 21st. Well, November 21st came around and they told me they were behind but they would get to my house as soon as possible. Never heard from them. I called a couple times and they said they sent someone out but the leaves were frozen and couldn't do their best, so they scheduled me for that Wednesday morning. Again, never heard from them. Now, it's been almost two weeks and they haven't answered any of my numerous phone calls or messages asking when they would be out and have not received any type of communication as to what is going on. Very disappointed. They do a great job if you are actually able to get them out to your house.
