Arch plumbing did a fantastic job and did it the same day I called. Denise who answers their phones was very, very nice to talk with and handled my issue quickly. They sent Chris out and dealt with my problem while he was here. Not an emergency so didn't need to be done right away. I will be recommending and using them if needed again! Thanks guys
We’re so impressed with Arch Plumbing starting with our initial conversation. They are honest, knowledgeable, on time, reliable and nice people. They also are very competitively priced and once here to replace our water heater they detected additional small leaks we didn’t see or know about and were able to repair them while they were here. These days I feel like a company that does what they say they will in a timely fashion at a fair price is hard to find so I will continue to use Arch Plumbing as needed and happily refer them.

4th time we have had Arch out for different projects. Always great experience. Chris H. was here today to install our pot filler. Chris was thorough, professional and clean. Will definitely use Arch again.

I give Arch plumbing A five star because you will get great service and they can do whatever your plumbing needs are. Prompt service at a great price. Call them and they are #1 in St. Charles county. Trust me you will not be disappointed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they installed three new toilets in my home, Three new valves on all three toilets, and unclogged my bathroom sink.

We reached out to Arch Plumbing for Pot filler rough in/installation and new shut off valve installation for ice maker line to refrigerator. Chris from Arch Plumbing did an exceptional work for pot filler and shut off valve. He is an experienced and knowledgeable in plumbing related issues. He is highly professional and kept the entire work area clean before leaving. From now onwards, we will reach out to them for all plumbing related concerns. We would definitely like to recommend them to our family and friends

I put in an online service request at 7 am and got a phone call at 7:30 (didn’t open until 8). They said they were booked up but they would try to get to me as soon as possible. I was without water due to a nail hole in a copper pipe. Denice reached out to me via text and requested pics of the problem. She said someone would be there between 9-10 am. Brady came out, diagnosed the problem and had the water turned on in 45 minutes.
I think this service is exceptional and we were extremely happy with the price.
Thanks to Archway! They deserve 10 stars but the app won’t let me go higher than 5!

Quick to get help with repairs. Great, clean repair job! Chris was professional and sweet...he was confident at his craft and I felt great about having him here working in and out of my home. Chris also gave me important information to prevent my problem from happening again. Front office person Denise, was fantastic as well, kind and sweet, proficient and knowledgeable as well! This company was recommended by my son in law who also was very pleased! Thank you Arch! I have finally found my plumber!!

Love my new faucets installed by Chris! He also noticed the turn-off valves were aged and of concern so he upgraded those in a short time while he was there. I would call Chris and Arch for future service calls. Denise on the appointment phone was also great at answering questions for me! Thank you Arch!

Repeat customer with another excellent experience. Contacted online over the weekend for an appointment - non emergency. Denice called first thing Monday morning to schedule the same day appointment (she actually called and texted an hour before they even opened). Albert was extremely efficient and professional in the installation of a main line valve replacement, a HWH expansion tank and valve replacement, as well as a shower cartridge replacement. Would highly recommend and will continue to use for all plumbing needs, large or small.
