Both the office staff and our plumber, Brian Hauser, were exceptional before and during our appointment. Their automated system to send us a picture of our plumber was a nice addition. Brian arrived right on time and was great throughout. Cleared the sink clog quickly. Verified his work and made sure other sinks that tied in weren't now blocked. Found another sink that was draining slow. Fixed that slow drain and everything was great. Highly recommend both Ben Franklin and Brian.
Kyle from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was amazing to work with. Super knowledgeable on all things water solved multiple issues in our home and helped us to have a safer water system with a top of the line filtration system. He was great at communicating and punctual. Highly recommend Kyle.

As always, Michael did a great job. He did it quickly and efficiently. I request him when scheduling a service. Also, pricing is very compatible - better than others. I know I don't have to worry about any problems after the work is done.

Chance was professional, courteous and very much up to speed in accessing our problem. You're lucky to have him as an employee. He even assisted me with replacing a toilet valve which was not part of this project.
Randy is the hardest working person I've ever met. In repairing our sewer system he was competent, knowledgeable and thorough. He was patient, friendly and understanding during the whole process.
Terry did a great job putting this project together, explaining each step of the process and was always on site when needed.

Excellent service from Brian who came out to snake the line. I was very pleased with him, but the guy who came to run the camera did a poor job convincing me that I had roots in my sewer line. Camera was rushed in, I couldn't even really see what was in there or where the "roots" were. I was told that I had to agree to a $300 charge if the snake got stuck when they came to snake it again, since it still wasn't flowing well after some time, because there were "roots in my line". Wasn't really happy with that and declined service. This could have been told to me on the phone to save everyone some time. Anyway, I called MVP plumbing. They came, snaked it and did a camera inspection. I got to see clearly what was going on....there were no roots whatsoever. The BF camera operator needs to be schooled on using his equipment properly. The MVP guy did an outstanding job showing me everything, giving me a copy of the video, discussing the possibilities of what could the problem be and how to address it, and was just overall being open minded about the problem. Every problem is unique and, while (good) experience does count for something, it's not everything.

Kyle from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to my house and provided superior customer service. I showed him my plumbing concerns and asked him his thoughts on what I should do. He was straightforward. He didn’t try to get me to purchase anything. He just gave me my options. Kyle showed up on time and was reliable and dependable. The company prices seem to be fair, And I liked that this company didn’t force me to make any decisions right away. I would definitely consider using Benjamin Franklin company for all plumbing needs.

I had an amazing experience with the technician Brian. Not only was he on time and extremely polite, when the line clean out got messy he remained professional and even apologized for something entirely not his fault and cleaned up the mess. He chatted with me the entire time and was extremely friendly. I’m so pleased with his service I will certainly be recommending the company solely based on how amazing Brian was. Thank you for the quick, friendly and professional service!

Called before they came, made she we were ready even though they were early which was appreciated! Great service professional technicians! Brian was great very helpful.
Update: Had Terry come back out to run a camera and provided all the answers we needed even helped figuring out if my insurance could possibly cover the issue! Will be life long customers!

Mason ensured Randall and Jonathan knew what pipes needed to be completely replaced and Randall and Jonathan did an incredible amount of hard work and they did a tremendous job!
The quality of work and craftsmanship performed could not have been better. My husband and I found both Randall and Jonathan to be very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with about the complexity of our complex plumbing issue.
I am so amazed at how clean the basement floor is after such an incredibly dirty job of busting up concrete, digging out all of the dirt, removing the old corroded pipes and replacing with new pipes. The brand new concrete looks perfect!
We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Randall and Jonathan and appreciate everything they did for us! We also appreciated the responsiveness of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s scheduling team, as Heather called two days before the scheduled date and offered to send Randall and Jonathan a day early with Mason’s guidance, since Mason previously worked in our basement, replaced a different pipe when our kitchen issue occurred and he diagnosed and recommended the job in which Randall and Jonathan completed today. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and commend them on their professional staff.
