Had an emergency shower plumbing problem on a Saturday morning the day before I was leaving town. Called Bill Fry and Bill had my problem fixed and by 10:30 am that day. The most honest, knowledgeable and pleasant plumber I have ever worked with. Next time I have an issue with any plumbing Bill will be my first call.
A thunderstorm knocked our electricity out, resulting in our sunken living room flooding. This company sent out a tech who told me I was wrong and we didn’t have two sump pumps, then proceeded to “find” the second one, right where I told him it was, by falling through and breaking the pipe. He replaced the pipe without tying into the existing drainage system, leaving it depositing water into our foundation, 6” short of the corner of our house. Instead of understanding the pumps failed due to no power, he installed a sump pump inside, without discussion or authorization.
We called the company and learned he had been fired. The owner came out and instead of ensuring we had a working battery backup system, installed yet another sump pump outside, despite the fact that the existing one still worked. No electricity does not equal a broken sump pump.
When I called again to work towards a resolution, the owner of the company was extremely rude, interrupted me constantly, and tried to intimidate me. He kept saying what a great plumber he was, and how he did exactly what we needed done. Then proceeded to admit he needed to look at our invoice to see what had been done.
He said he would call me back that day. That was Monday. It is now the end of Friday, with no follow up. Extremely disappointed, but we have had a knowledgeable plumber come to fix the issues called by Bill Fry, so at the very least, we haven’t had more flooding.

After the last big thunder storm the power went out and the estimate was that it was going to be out for 24 hours. This caused me to search out a company to install an automatic battery backup system for each of two sump pumps. A neighbor recommended Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. Today, Bill Fry sent his team over on my very tight time schedule and they arrived at 7:30 am and in two hours the 2 systems were expertly installed. The guys were super professional and made sure that everything was clean and operating before they left. In my estimation they went well beyond my expectations. They have made a new friend and a loyal customer. I highly recommend Bill Fry and his company for any plumbing need- you will not be disappointed!

As a first time home buyer I was so scared to get a noise checked out because it was inevitably going to lead to something terrifying. Sent an appointment request through the website, contacted and set up a visit. Easy to use!!
During the appointment he took the time to explain what I was seeing and hearing. He spoke to me in terms I knew, he allowed me to ask all the questions and didn’t rush the process.
He was able to diagnose the problem, walk me through the fix and made what could have been a nightmare situation easy!!

I called Bill Fry on a Sunday. Received an immediate call back from them. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Tyler the technician was very prompt, showed up and assessed a main sewer back up I was having. After going over a couple options, he started work. He ran into a problem in which Bill immediately showed up to help. The two of them were successful in clearing a root system. Saving me potentially thousands. Tyler followed up with a root treatment. I can't thank them enough for their professional, prompt response to my problem. THANK YOU!

Tyler has been here twice hes doing a great job, doing the job right and trying to help get our problem fixed! Hes easy to talk to, explains the situation and trys to get stuff done as fast as possible! Great job very happy with the company so far!!!

We started our search for water treatment by consulting with Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. We felt very comfortable with the information he provided us with as well as the quote to do the install. He sent a very experienced staff member and it took less than 45 mins for the install. It has been 2 days since the install and I can feel the difference in our water already. The cost of this installation was very reasonable and we highly recommend Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy!! Susan C

Honestly, Bill Fry Plumbing is the best! Bill trains his people personally and is only a phone call away if you need him. I wouldn't use anyone else! Especially Anthony Plumbing - I have a neighbor who has been displaced from their house for 6 months because of them.

I've had Bill and his team out to several remodeling projects to help out with everything from gas lines, sink drains, vents, faucets, sump pumps, and more. Love to work with these guys. They truly focus on high-level-quality and customer service.
