We bought a used washer from them.
My washer broke at the worst possible [financial] timing. After looking everywhere it was a relief after Mid-MO Appliances was reccomended to us. They gave us a 30 day guarantee and ongoing repair service relationship. I'm beyond thrilled! I'll probably buy a matching dryer from them soon.
Jeff repaired my old Kenmore 90 Series dryer. He saved me about $150 on parts. Jeff is who I will call for all appliance repairs in the future, Just so you guys know. Thanks, Jeff!

Professional and polite. Due to my BF being in a wheelchair he made sure he could see what he was doing and what the machine was doing. Gave an honest opinion on repair vs. replace. We highly recommend Mid-Mo Appliance, they're the only ones we'll l call from now on.

We called them, left a message & they called right back & set an appointment. Jeff was friendly & professional. He had the part with him & there was no wait to get the washer fixed. We would absolute recommend this company.

I can’t say enough about how amazing they were with us. We first set up a time for them to come out. The day before they were supposed to come, a rep from the company called to let us know that the repair guy was sick and that we would need to reschedule, giving us more than enough notice. Then they came right on time on the rescheduled day and he was in and out in less than an hour. We’ll definitely be calling them again for any of our appliance needs!

Great service! Jeff was very polite and prompt. Reasonable prices and very knowledgeable. Jeff was unable to repair the dryer, but called an electrician for us and he fixed it without much more cost!

Jeff did a great job repairing my parents dryer. I called him and he came right out and had it fixed in no time. He is very professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for repairs any time. I will be recommending him to everyone!

No complaints here!!! Every time there’s been a problem with the washer or dryer Jeff has been the person I’ve called!!! And the results to that was always job well done!!! Jeff is very knowledgeable on the topic at hand and he is also great conversation other than that he is an all-around hard-working great guy!!! Thanks Jeff for all your help?
