It started out well, pool installed in 2019, 2 years later we started seeing discoloration and told by Scott it was a known factory issue, stated he filed a claim but 3 years later, nothing was corrected, I had to finally contact factory to find out no claim filed and that it was not their fault. A year later, finally getting pool resurfaced at a cost to me and with my own filing of the claim. I still have other "warranty" items that need repaired, I am not expecting those to be corrected either. I do not recommend Central Missouri Pools for any sales or especially service

Overall they have been there to advise and fix anything that I have questions/problems with. They have pool parts in stock or will order it promptly. When you call to schedule pool closure it’s rarely done when they say but I just keep my cover near the pool so when they do show up they just can close it, so no foul or harm with that! I am thankful they are available to our rural community!

Love this family owned business. Personal attention from everyone. No matter how long your preparation of the pool takes they're great to deal with.

Best prices I could find on my pool supplies, and they always seem to have what I need in stock! I definitely recommend.
