I cannot begin to say enough good things about these people. I have had the occasion to have them perform home repairs and renovation projects many different times. The quality of the work is beyond incredible! They are kind, professional and trustworthy beyond words. Thank you to Rob, Charles and the team for all you have done for me! The only company I trust to come to my home!!
We had Extra Mile Home Inspection Service do a check up inspection on our home. After the inspection was complete, they met with me and reviewed their findings. There were a number of areas in our home that needed attention.
I asked them to give us an estimate for the charges to repair those items. The estimate we received was comprehensive and covered everything that was revealed in our report. We felt that it was a fair cost to take care of everything on our "list".
We accepted their estimate and scheduled time for them to come to our home and do the repairs needed. They were very thorough, did a great job, and did the needed repairs in a timely manner as well.
We were very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needed any repairs to their home.

Before I knew anything about Extra Mile Home Inspections, our realtor used them to inspect our house prior to purchase. They recommended putting in a sump pump in the crawlspace. We let the sellers convince us that they would fix it so there wouldn't be any problems. Needless to say, it didn't work.
I came to know more about Extra Mile Home Inspections when I met Tori, the office manager, through networking. She recommended getting a check up on your house if one hasn't been done in the last 3-5 years. When were setting the schedule, we discovered that Extra Mile had done the pre-buy inspection.
After the check up inspection, their recommendation included installing a sump pump (again). Rob McClernon, the owner, came to our house for the installation. Not only did we need one sump pump, but we needed two of them.
I'm so thankful they were able to take care of that for us. They did a great job of installing it, they were very professional and priced reasonably as well.
I would highly recommend Extra Mile Home Inspection Service for your inspection and repair needs.

I've used this company for several different services I've needed since becoming a homeowner. And every single time I've needed them, they have made sure I'm happy with the results. From big and important services like doing a home inspection, to small things like installing the doggie door on my back porch's door. I definitely recommend their services.

As a Local Realtor and a Client that was needing a home Inspection asap and finally having the opportunity to experience the service on the receiving end from a buyer's perspective I can tell you without a doubt that I was very impressed with Extra Mile Home Inspections. My experience started with a typical home inspection just like most do, well that quickly went from typical to a need of repairs that could have potentially voided the contract completely however Robert w/Extra Mile was very patient and helped in answering questions that allowed for my husband and I to do our due diligence on making a decision! After exploring all options we decided to move forward with our purchase with the contingency that this repair issue was resolved, timing was of essence in this repair being done which also could have essentially ended our contract on this home, we contacted many contractors to get this done, well we could have saved a lot of time by calling Extra Mile first, Robert jumped in and got our repair work done asap and now we are thankfully closed and living in our new home which we love!! I have worked with Extra Mime on client purchases and now our own and I can not say enough good things about both perspectives honestly, they are extremely thorough in what they do and very honest which is exactly what you want when you're investing in your future home!! We started renovating our house last year and Extra Mile had a major hand in it !! They added a beautiful sunroom to the back of the house, braced up our roof, and installed new siding !! We couldn't be more pleased !! We love our sunroom and we would absolutely recommend Extra Mile for any of your home improvement needs. Extra Mile did an inspection on my home built in 1962. We discovered some issues that needed to be addressed. At their encouragement for us to get a second opinion we decided to have them do the work. Their bid was by far the most economical and the work was exemplary! Rob and his crew are excellent. I highly recommend Extra Mile!

I recently had the pleasure of working with this small, family-owned business, and I have to say, they truly went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! If you're in need of a trustworthy and experienced home repair contractor, go no farther than Extra Mile Home Inspection Services, LLC.
I first met Tori, their Office Manager who is very active in our local community and I knew her business had a good reputation locally, so I called her when I had a need for damage repairs inside our rental.
Michelle, their Repairs Manager, was a pleasure to work with right away. When it came to scheduling the work and keeping me updated along the way, she was prompt and effective. Rob, the Owner/Operator, also impressed us with his detailed assessment of the work. He gave insights and talked about choices for the several small projects we had, and it was clear that he was an expert.
But Jay, the contractor who carried out the actual repairs, really stood out. He took great delight in making sure that each item met or exceeded our expectations. He was highly talented and meticulous. Despite the fact that the task required him to return more than once so that items could dry, he maintained constant contact with us and kept us informed of his progress. My husband agreed, we will for sure want to have him back for any future project needs we might have!
Extra Mile Home Inspection Services, LLC, delivered exactly what was promised, stayed within my budget, and I felt that their quality standards were as high as if they were working on my own home. Overall, I could not be happier with the quality of work and customer service they provided. I heartily endorse this business and will unquestionably use them for any future projects.
