Absolutely horrible multiple experiences with this company. They sold me a pool light in the end of summer 2023, it worked for about 3 weeks then I shut my pool down and next summer when I opened it the light was not working. Turns out it was on me, I was new to this and simply forgot that I took the bulb out for the winter.
Called them, set the date, they did not show up. The next time a tech showed up he said I’ve tried everything and someone else needs to come out? ( mind you, lightbulb isn’t even put in there) the tech did not even bother to check, this is hilarious. Next time he came out he spent almost two hours trying to fix it and finally asked me for the lightbulb.
Hallelujah the light was fixed, but not for long. About two weeks later, maybe three, it’s not working again. I would always use the remote control from my house to turn it on and off. So I went out there to see if it will turn on with a manual switch that is on the device and guess what it’s not even there anymore, the tech must have taken it out or put the cover on the device
Improperly so right now I not only don’t see it,
But I can’t feel it when I reach for it inside.
At the time of purchase, when I asked about warranty, I was just simply told don’t worry about it. We don’t let our clientele down. At this point, I simply want them to come and take this junk out and refund my money.(almost 1800$).
Oh, and one other thing right after they sold me this light, the tech told me that they discontinued this particular model.

I had an appointment for 5/21 to get my pool opened. Received a call on 5/20 stating they are on their way to open our pool. I let the person know no one was home and our appointment was for the next day. I specifically asked the technician if she knew the order for the appointment the next day. She said she would let us know when she was on her way. The appointment was between 7 am and 4 pm.
3:30 rolls around and they still haven't shown up. I call the office and was told the technician took off at 1 today. My significant other took the day off work to be there. No one bothered to let us know it would not be happening today. Incredibly poor customer service, I was being told I was irrational.

After my Fiberglass pool turned into a mess due to calcium, Bi State took my pool on as a project . they not only did a good Job they did a Fantastic Job no one else wanted to touch . I was pleased with their professionalism and the job was done on time and was reasonably priced . I have now hired them to do my opening , closing and seasonal maintenance. I would HIGHLY recommend this well managed company to anyone .

We just had a fantastic experience with bi-state. They updated us on the schedule. Promptly did the work, then when above and beyond to make sure things were not leaking. Matt was great. This was leak detection. Great! Thanks!

Professional every step of the way. I am a 1 on the enneagram, it’s the best way to explain that I like to know the processes. We started talking about a pool when we bought our house. We looked at several companies. Through the recommendation of our landscape company we chose Bi-state. Initial consultation was tough because we weren’t in a hurry and we didn’t know anything about pools. We left the conversation with 1/2 of what we ended up with in our final. We put in a 20’x45’ vinyl liner. We got a auto cover, electric heater, volleyball net, basketball hoop, bubblers, Baja ledge. We also went with a sports dig style. We absolutely love our pool. It’s exactly what we wanted. We did everything we wanted because you do it once.

Bi-state is top notch when it comes to the end to end process of pool installation. Everyone in the company that I've met is very friendly, courteous and works to make sure you are happy as a customer. My pool installation has been a long process due to covid supply chain shortages, but Bi-State kept me up to date through the entire process and delivered the product when they promised. Adam, Jim, Zach, Matt, David...everyone I've worked with has been tremendous. Highly recommend Bi-State Pools.

Bi-State is awesome. They started on our pool end of last December. And with a mild winter, they were able to finish in March. Adam, the project leader, kept us well informed the entire time. The workers were very professional...all messes were cleaned up. The price was very reasonable. And the finished product is terrific. Our in ground 18x36 ft vinyl lined pool with water feature has been so much fun for our whole family. For some reason I can’t find a pic of the entire thing, but I posted some partials.
