Five star review for Trico Dock Company! If you want a new dock, need renovation, or have to get your dock repaired, you need to call Trico Dock Company. We have been working with Trico Dock Company over the past year and are 100% happy with our new dock, built and delivered this spring and enjoyed thoroughly this summer. The dock is awesome, but all our interactions with Patrick McLaughlin and his entire team, throughout this experience, have been 5 Star! In August 2023 we began looking for renovation of our 18-year-old dock with “good bones”! We reached out to 4 dock companies during this process. Trico Dock Company and Patrick McLaughlin proved to be the most responsive and considerate of all the companies. Fueled by Patrick’s enthusiasm and insight it became apparent that selling our good old dock and building new was our best option, and financially very feasible. We were very well taken care of and are so glad we made that call to Trico Dock Company last August!

Troy and the Trico team were great to work with on our dock repairs! They got our dock secured with a new Stiff Arm Pier and new Cables before the winter. Great communication and follow through. The job was completed when we were promised and to our satisfaction. Would work with them again on future dock needs!

We wanted to upgrade our dock with marine board for the functionality and appearance. I have started to see a lot of docks with the black marine board around the lake and thought that is exactly what we needed. I contacted Trico and received a call back from Troy immediately and he came out the next day to take a look. We had an estimate sent to us the following day and I was impressed with Troy's communication and quick response to any questions I had. Once we figured everything out, they got us on the schedule and got the job completed within two weeks. Trico went above and beyond what was agreed to on the estimate and I can't thank Troy and his team enough. If you are looking to upgrade your dock, marine board could be your answer and definitely use the team at Trico Dock Company!!

I ordered my custom dock October of 2021 and it was delivered as promised May of 2022. I couldn’t be happier with how well Trico constructed my dock. I am on the main channel therefore Patrick guided me every step of the way to make sure, I wouldn’t be disappointed with it being on rough water. The construction of this dock exceeded my expectations from underwater bracing, thicker concrete pads, higher encapsulated foam and cable anchors to secure the front of the dock. I have had NO issues with how Patrick took care of me through this process. Everyone who comes on my dock is amazed on how well it handles when the big waves come. I would recommend using Trico if you are looking for a well constructed dock! Thank you Patrick
