Cost was half what was quoted by two well known competitors. Ken was great to work with - an honest, customer oriented professional rather than a slick salesman. The techs who did the installation were polite, friendly, and obviously knowledgeable and experienced. I am very happy with the service I received from Knight’s.
I normally do not leave reviews but, KH&A really stepped up and earned this review. After having our mini-split for about a year and a half, it just quit. The tech (Chris) was great to work with right from the start. Diagnosed the bad circuit board, got a new one, then figured out the compressor was also affected by the bad board. Compressor replaced and all was good. We did receive a bill for the service call but with a credit from Carrier (the company stepped up also), there was still a balance. After a couple phone calls we were surprised that they would just forgive the labor because they, “Just didn’t think we should have to pay a bill after roughly 18 months.” Was not expected at all. Thank you Stephanie, Sam, Chris and everyone at Knight Heating and Air. Top notch people and service!

When I needed my AC replaced, Knight Heating & Air Conditioning offered me the most competitive price compared to other companies. The technicians that installed my new unit arrived on time and were very respectful. They got the job done in a timely matter and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Knight Heating & Air for all of your HVAC needs.

They were recommended by the supplier for a problem with my tankless water heater/boiler. The tech sent out was very professional & friendly. He was good at explaining what the problem was & getting it fixed in a timely manner. Parts department & customer service were friendly & very helpful. Great company to work with. Would highly recommend.

Knight Heating and Air installed a new a/c and furnace for us in April 2024. The process was easy and clear from quote to installation, and an excellent value. They didn’t try to sell us more options than we needed, and were great about finding us discounts. The installation techs answered all of our questions, were fast, and respected our property while removing the old system. Would highly recommend!!!

The installers were very courteous, cleaned up after installation completely, let me know when they were arriving and departing the 2 days of installation, and showed me how to use thermostat and showed me the new furnace and air conditioner. I am very pleased with Knights, and appreciate their good service.

I called Knight to have my air conditioner system serviced, prior to the heat of late springtime.
The service technician from Knight HVAC was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He thoroughly looked at our system. I signed an annual maintenance agreement, which covered this service and another this fall for the furnace. This saved me about $40 per service call.
Unlike some other HVAC companies in my area, they didn't try to sell me a new system or any variety of optional products (humidifier, air cleaners, etc).
I'm very pleased with the service I received and would recommend them to my friends and family in need of HVAC repairs or service.

Knight Heating & Air did a wonderful job. They did a full switch out on my furnace and ac and everything went great. The initial bid from Ken for the job was very thorough and very informative. The 3 gentlemen that did the work were very professional and very courteous.

Several people I work with recommended Knight and I'm glad they did. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and started the replacement of my furnace, AC unit, and hot water heater a few days later. It took two days to complete. Everyone from the sales person to the office to the installers were very professional. They even went the extra mile and reconfigured the room to fit the furnace and hot water heater as it should have been when the house was built. Overall, Knight did a great job! Highly recommend!
