Had a commercial water heater part ordered thru butlers for a local assisted living facility. Ordered it on the 1st of July, finally called today to see the status of said part, they said it was in (mind you this is July 19th). Went to pick it up and it had been there since the 12th! Not 1 call to me letting me know it was in.... all I could get out of the guy was .... uh.... well.... im sorry I dont know why they didn't call you, your number is even on the ticket! And a couple days before that needed a different part for the same water heater, emergency deal, needed part next day. Guy said he would order it have it in the next day.... next day rolls around I stop by to check on it, HE NEVER ORDERED THE PART! So I waited till he ordered it before I left that time. Not pleased with them in the least bit ? Edit.... Joker that messed up my orders before is now gone! Can expect much better service now the bad employee is gone. Much happier with their service now!

I always like to go to a supply house, versus The Big Box store, as a electrician it's definitely a lot faster walking to the supply house sit down on the stool and let the clerk go find what you need,
