Over charged me for square footage of pool deck, the plaster in the pool has stone's and debris in in they tried to buff it out but put holes and gouged plaster! I have pictures to show
I am writing this review to hopefully keep another innocent person from experiencing the same service that I have experienced from this pool company. I was persuaded to use this company 3 years ago to build my pool. It’s been nothing but trouble from the beginning. I’ve spent a lot of money, time, and frustration only to be stuck with an ugly concrete hole in my backyard. The very FIRST year I had the pool and every single summer after, this pool has gotten cracks in the gunnite that leak water out of the pool. The first year the backwash line busted. See photo below. One of the handles came off the PVC lines. That was never fixed. The tile along the edges would
NOT stay on. I called to have it put back on and someone did come out and paste some back on only to have it fall off again, plus a whole lot more. This year when the pool was opened, of course there was a whole handful of tile off the sides and laying on the floor of the pool. The filter system has never worked right. The trash, dust, leaves, etc. that falls into the pool just floats along the top of the water and never goes into the skimmer. There isn’t enough pressure in the lines to move the water flow. The lights keep failing. I’ve called to have those replaced, but no one has come to fix them. I called the other day to inform them that the tile, once again, wasn’t STAYING on and I got told it would be a $750 charge for someone to come and fix what was NEVER done correctly in the first place. If you are thinking about using this company, my suggestion, is DON’T!!! Save yourself the grief!

We contracted them to put in a pool for our disabled son so we could do water therapy and try to get some strength back after him fighting back to back illnesses. We stressed the issue that we needed the pool for this summer so we could get him therapy. We were told to give them a year which is July 29th 2023 but that it should be done by June. So we signed the contract. We are 2 days away from that year date and the pool is not done. They don't return phone calls and if you do get ahold of them they have an excuse. If they do come do work they work a day or 2 then you don't see them for moths and you have to do the calling to getbthem to come bac out. I have been extremely patient with them but when they lie and don't do the work and it affects ways of trying to help my son it has worn my patients thin.

Came out to site for pool and gave first quote in a timely manner. Emailed desired changes and have called multiple times,with no response, to get new quote.

Took very long time to complete. Left messes then did not come back for months at a time. Wouldn't respond until I contacted the better business bureau. They recently came and switched it over to salt water. The regulator is upside down and the pool has yet to be clear. Would not recommend.

Bob Davis is a genuinely kind man. Seems to be the type for honest business.
Highly recommend Pleasure Pools for future events and business.

My pool looks like a Mexican Cancun oasis. We designed it and they delivered exactly what I wanted. We added options throughout the process and they accommodated us. My pool is presently filing with water and there are a few things left to do but it is gorgeous! Love love love.

We've just started filling our pool since the start of construction. From the moment we met Bob and his crew we were impressed. An honest company to deal with. Quality workmanship and reasonable pricing. They came in under our other bids and completed the pool ahead of schedule. As a matter of fact they were the only company to come to our house during the bidding phase. Their focus was customer satisfaction and they've delivered. The Pleasure Pools crew was polite, and respectful while on the job. Communication with the ownership and management was excellent. I was worried because of the lack of reviews available, but in this part of the country folks aren't as internet savvy as in a big city. I'm glad to give the first review on Google and would highly recommend Bob and his crew to any prospective pool buyer. I'll try and get some pictures uploaded once the pool has water, but I'm not too internet savvy myself ;)
