Sold me a mirror that was warped, we noticed after it was installed. Said they needed the mirror back in one piece in order to exchange it. It was their mistake because all the mirrors in that size they had were all warped. Customer service is the worse. American glass is the only place I will take my business.
I've been trying to get a window and shower glass installed for 3 months. There is no communication until I reach out to them. Once I call they tell me the glass just came or they call back and act as though it's not in response to me calling. They have come out 5 times and each time there is another reason why they can't finish the job -- the glass is broken, the door is the wrong size, the glass is not cut correctly. One time they left without telling us the status or that they were leaving for the day. There has yet to be any urgency to communicate or to fix the problem.

I recently engaged Binswanger Glass to install a new glass piece for our construction site. Despite scheduling the job two weeks in advance for a Friday installation, I was disappointed to discover on the following Tuesday that no glass had been installed. What frustrated me further was the lack of communication from Binswanger; I never received a call or any form of update regarding the delay. After reaching out on Tuesday, I finally received a callback on Wednesday, only to be informed that they had accidentally broken the glass. They stated it would take over a week before they could return and complete the installation. As a business owner, effective communication holds great significance to me, and unfortunately, Binswanger Glass performed poorly in this regard. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
Update: After rescheduling for the following Thursday the glass still didn’t get installed with no communication of this mater. I received a call the next day which was Friday stating that they were able to come take care of the gas’s at that time. Their excuse for not being able to install on the scheduled day was they were too busy.
Fast forward to Friday… they STILL WERE A NO SHOW with absolutely zero communication. Finally the following Tuesday I get a call requesting final payment and that they had finally installed the glass shortly before the call. All around if you want no communication and a company that doesn’t stand behind their word than choose Binswanger Glass.

Called for a quote at around 4:30 PM one day and had somebody come out the next morning. Quote was sent the day they came out and within a week they had the replacement glass installed in one of our basement windows. Great service from beginning to end. Josh, the guy that replaced the glass for us, was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future if we ever need another window replaced.

Binswanger Glass replaced a large trapezoidal thermal pane window at the peak of our cathedral windows and did an amazing job. Not only did they fit the new glass perfectly but it required scaffolding in our living room to install it. The whole process was done expertly and professionally AND affordably. We can’t thank Binswanger enough for coming out to our rural home and replacing the foggy pane, painlessly!
