Update: Someone did call after this review. They said they couldn't get a call or text through because their AT&T carrier was having problems although we have AT&T and they had no problem calling right after this review. Said our product should be arriving in the July 19th shipment. (Heard this before. "Should be in the June 12th shipment", last month) Said she was absolutely be calling me on the 15th. Today is July 16th and have recieved no call. We signed up for 2 bathrooms to be done on January 23, 2024, paid the full amount and was told that there were manufacturer delays but would be done by the end of May. However, it is now July 8th and have yet to recieve any contact or updates from them aside from us repeatedly calling them. The 1st time I called, I wS told that our product would be arriving June 12th and that they'd be calling to put us on the schedule. After no contact on the 12th, we were told Caleb would call us back. He never did, nor has he after repeated calls and being told that he would do so! The secretary who answers the phone continuously places the blame on the manufacturer an claims they can't do anything or contact them yet having been a business owner myself, know that as one it is their responsibility to their customers to get on the manufacturer to get answers and resolve. Bath planet has been paid and yet we have recieved nothing! It's feeling very much like a scam and legal recourse ahead.

Was unable to even set up an initial visit/quote appointment without both husband and wife being home at the same time, regardless of husbands work hours/schedule. Poor business practice for busy working families. Will find another company to do business with.

What a pleasant experience this installation was. Caleb was very professional as well as personable. All my questions were answered honestly and that was so appreciate. Mychael and Brandon were great as well. Both very personable and also answered questions when ask, and honestly gave me in depth answers, that was great. They were here for two days. They worked steady and solid the entire time. They took what I considered an ugly bathroom and made it beautiful, I'm so pleased with their work. Ordered a new complete shower from Bath Planet. We could not be more pleased with the shower install and the crew that installed the shower. Was always in communication from the start. They asked about every detail to make sure we were happy with everything. The fact that my wife will now be able to safely shower is very relieving. This will be the first of other projects we will be doing with Bath Planet.
