Adam did a beautiful job on our shower. We are very happy with the finished product. I am amazed that he completed the demolition and remodel in two days without an extra hand. He was courteous and respectful of our space while working. Thanks Adam!
We needed a conventional tub replaced with a walk-in shower for accessibility. Top Tier satisfied that need exceptionally well. It started with a home visit from Ben in order to look at our needs. Ben did an excellent job of explaining the product and offering helpful advice and guidance. The materials arrived ahead of schedule and the date of installation was set. Adam was our installer and he did an excellent job from start to finish. He kept us informed of what he was doing and why. He was able to fix a problem that was not anticipated without issues. He cleaned up at the end of each day and thoroughly at the end of installation. I recommend Top Tier for your bathroom needs and if Adam is your installer you will have no problems and a superb finished project that you will be proud of.

We are very pleased with our new walk in shower. It's a blessing considering I'm recovering from total knee replacement surgery. Daniel Duran was very efficient and quite the entertaining singer. We're happy to recommend Top Tier. Joyce Bremer Smith

We have a 30-year-old home with a small bathroom with original fixtures. The salesman did an excellent job describing their services. We wanted a new shower to replace the shower/tub, a new vanity, a new floor, and a new vent. Erik Gillette was our installer, and Geroge helped with the flooring. They did a very professional job. We are very pleased with the final product.

Erik Gillette did a great job with the shower we had installed in our shop.He kept us updated as he went and let us know when he would be on site and for how long. The shower looks great and works great. Thanks Erik.

On August 29, 2023 my mother had the pleasure of having Clinton Edwards as the installer for her new shower unit. He was very professional, respected the home by laying down material to protect the floor and carpet from debris, and overall did a PHENOMENAL JOB!!! Best work she has ever seen / received since being a home owner for 38 years! She has had multiple projects done and this project was one she didn’t have to worry about the final outcome. He did such a good job she asked for his name to request for her next project being the kitchen ?.. although he doesn’t do kitchen he did speak highly of the person that does. She’s definitely looking forward to do more business with Top Tier. Thank you Clinton!! We appreciate the work you’ve done!!

We had Top Tier remodel both our kitchen and bath. It was a big project as the had alot to do. Mike Campbell came out and helped us with a design that we loved. When they came out to start the remodel the foreman George was FANTASTIC! He was very friendly as was the whole crew. George was very communicative with us about all the processes that would take place. His guys were very clean and courteous. George's attention to detail is un-matched! He is extremely particular and treated our home like his own. As with all construction projects, there were a few hiccups. This was frustrating at times, but George set our minds at ease. It took around 2 months to complete with a few product delays, but all in all Top Tier was great to work with. To all the people that worked on our project, especially George and Hayden who were at the house the most, THANK YOU! We LOVE or new spaces. I would recommend Top Tier for any of your bath and kitchen remodels.
