Be very careful if you choose to use this company. They will over-bill you and hope you don't notice. They're trying to take advantage of people and cheat them out of their money. We agreed to have them out to our house to fix an issue on the weekend and agreed to weekend rates over the phone. When the bill showed up, they tried to bill over 2.5 times the labor that was done. When asked about it, they asked me how long I thought the techs were there. I knew it because I had timed it and verified through phone calls with them. They did not like the fact that I caught their gross over-billing and told me that I wasn't accounting for their drive time. I agreed to drive time costs but was still over 2x the amount on the bill. The billing lady, Brenda, is very rude and disrespectful. When I questioned why she billed me for 30 feet of wire when only 15 feet was used, she told me she would not change the bill again and then mailed me a letter to breakdown of what the company was making on my service and how it was not enough for them for their profits. I imagine they over-bill people regularly and get away with it because people don't question them. I would highly not recommend this company due because Brenda is an rude person and is cheating people out of money.

They did such a good job for us! We needed some new lights for our garage, and some more outlets ran, and they even reorganized our breaker box for us! We'll use them again if we need them! Thank you!

Mark is top notch and runs a professional company that does great work and very competitive pricing. He helped us out several times on a difficult project and never turned down our requests for help. I highly recommend Trinity to anyone.

Called to have my weatherhead replaced and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Mark explained the additional cost of after hours work and sent Matt out to do the job within the hour. Matt was professional and efficient. After the job was complete I encountered an issue with having the power reconnected (nothing to do with the work Trinity preformed). Mark and Keith were quick to step in to help even though it was not their issue and it was after 9:00 pm. I was blown away by their customer service. I highly recommend their company, I will definitely be using them going forward. Thank you Trinity for a great experience in a less than great situation.

Austin was our electrician for replacing several light fixtures. He was very professional and efficient. They charged me the price they quoted. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience all the way around. Mark was very quick at scheduling a visit to give me an estimate for installing under-cabinet lights, and also suggested what type to get. The guys showed up on time to install them, and did a professional job in a short period of time. I'm originally from a small town in Iowa and have always believed in utilizing local business. Trinity was recommended to me by my lawn care guy (also local). I will definitely be using them again for my electrical needs!!

Great consultation experience. Quick turn around on quote. All the work was done around my schedule. The electrician was on time and very professional. All the work was complete rather quickly. I have been using my new outlets and lights since then and have no complaints at all. Thank you for the all around outstanding service!

Trinity Electric charged a very fair amount for the work being done. I had a wide range of quotes from several different companies, all the way up to 2 TIMES what Trinity quoted for the exact same work. I did my research ahead of time and knew some of these other companies were trying to gouge me. The owner, Mark, is a nice guy and a straight-shooter. I had several questions and his answers felt so genuine it was like talking to a friend. I say they felt genuine because I had other people quote me who would provide long-winded answers to try and get me to just agree and say OK to everything. Mark was very to the point and factual.
Now, Rick (the electrician doing the work) did run into an issue completing some non-essential work, but Mark reached out and again answered my questions and reduced the quote by a fair amount. Rick also helped my wife and mom install a light fixture they were struggling to install (not related to the work he was doing) while he waited on other technicians to arrive. My wife called me just to tell me about it and it was definitely above and beyond service, so thank you, Rick!
