Disappointing Experience with Carnahan-White Fence Company I recently contacted Carnahan-White to schedule a measurement regarding a fence project for our gated community. Initially I was impressed by their prompt response and willingness to come out and assess the site. The representative was courteous and seemed knowledgeable about their products and services. However, my experience took a negative turn when, after the measurement was taken, I was assured that I would receive an estimate within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that estimate never materialized, in fact still has not at the time of this review. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up with the company via multiple phone calls, I was met with silence. The lack of communication and follow-through on their part was not only unprofessional but also frustrating. As a customer who was genuinely interested in their services, I expected better customer service and respect for my time and needs of our gated community. Unfortunately, the failure of Carnahan-White to deliver on their commitment has left me and our community disappointed and with no other choice but to seek assistance elsewhere for our fencing project. I would not recommend their services based on this experience of unfulfilled promises and very poor communication. In conclusion, my interaction with Carnahan-White Fence Company was a complete letdown, and I hope they can improve their customer service practices to avoid similar situations in the future.

I a.m so happy with my cedar shadowbox fence!! My fence was completed a few days before Christmas. It is perfect. I was on a wait list since summer and so glad I was able to wait for Carnahan's team. My neighbor commented on what a great fence I have. The team also was very neat throughout the process. Thank You Carnahan!!

My fence looks awesome and is exactly what I was hoping for, all at a better price than the other companies offered. Matt is great and really knows the business and Ron and the install crew were awesome. Highly recommend.

Our fence is already warping very badly within 10 months of install. I paid $6501.00 for our fence. Two 4x4s are warping badly that they are pulling the rest of the fence. I called and asked them to repair as they said they would if there were any issues. They want to charge me $300.00 for each of the 4x4s to fix. I already paid for their shoddy service and now they want to charge me again. They are now not responding to any of my calls to correct this. Would not recommend this company for their bad business dealings, unprofessional work quality and business approach. Jut fix the issue and all would be good. But they refuse to do so. Save your money and use another fence company.
