The team at Superior Fence did a fantastic job! Nathan, our Sales Rep, was available to answer all my questions from beginning to end. He was patient with me, no matter how ridiculous my questions might have sounded. This is my first time having a fence built, so Nathan kept me informed and educated all the way through from quoting, payment processing, fence build, and even two weeks after the completion of the build, because I thought we still needed an inspector to come out from the city. Nonetheless, from Nathan to the build team, everyone was professional and respectful to me, my family, and my neighbors. I highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail for your fence installation or repair. Just ask for Nathan!
The fence looks good- it was a long drawn out process- as the Team that was assigned to do the work was driving from Tulsa every day 2-2-1/2 hours each way so they wouldn’t show up until lunch or after and try to work to 7ish in the blasting heat, why not pay for a hotel for them in the town they are working so the job can be completed in a timely manner?
The sales Team - Nathan- was extremely helpful in ensuring I knew what was taking place to the best of his ability, however I don’t feel there is direct communication to the team on a daily basis just from what I seen. Vessi was the team lead and without him the rest of the team would be lost, great job by them. I did have to let them use my grinder and cutoff blades on a couple occasions- which also would have made a huge delay if I didn’t have them for them to use. I hope that if any issues arise that Superior Fence stands by their work! Thanks again and I appreciate it

I want to share a wonderful yet very different experience with you.
I just moved to Missouri a little over a year ago from Las Vegas. Needless to say the storms in 2024 have taken me by surprise and as you'll see in the picture two Panels of my fence came completely off and even after a bandaid attempt the next storm even though not as bad still caused the fence to separate again. I called Superior Fence & Rail fully believing a new fence or partial replacement was in order.
Nathan called me on his way to my home and I explained I wasn't there but to go ahead and get measurements etc... I also shared some thing with him that I never thought I would and that was my reason for moving from Las Vegas to Missouri was because of a horrible Domestic Violence situation and that this fence was definitely protection for me and I couldn't have it down like before.
Nathan called me about 30 minutes after he arrived at my house and told me that actually my fence was rock solid and he took some screws and re-enforced the area that was damaged and that I didn't need a new fence and to ring him if I needed anything.
He doesn't know this but in that moment I just cried and sobbed. Not only did he reassure me that I was safe but he also was honest and passed on a sale with the utmost integrity and human kindness. I know this isn't your typical review but I absolutely had to share because it's soooo important to trust and believe in the people who work on your sacred space your home! I can't say enough, THANK YOU Nathan and Superior Fence & Rail... You are TRULY THE BEST.

Enjoying our new fence. The dogs love the freedom it provides. We had a great team we worked with and when any problems arise they asked how to proceed. It made our experience better. Vlises, Diego, and Alfred was amazing thanks guys

We couldn't be happier with the fence installation provided by Superior Fence & Rail of Springfield. We purchased a new home, and needed a new fence for our four legged kids, FAST!. Superior Fence & Rail of Springfield was able to schedule install within a couple weeks, and the install part of the project, which I expected to take longer, was completed within an impressive 2 & 1/2 days!. From the initial contact to the final touches, their service was exceptional.
The team was not just efficient but also incredibly friendly. The install technicians were hardworking and dedicated, ensuring the job was done right.
