I have used this company for many years now. I do not understand the bad reviews. They are reliable, professional, and always do a great job! Employees (especially Kristie) are knowledgeable and eager to help. I recommend them to anyone with a pool.
Bunch of incompetent lazy unprofessional workers. Constantly smoking and leaving packs of cigarettes all over the work speak and this private pool with children running around. Dropping glass into the pool constantly, leaving their equipment all over place, but worst of all they have yet to be able to fix anything involving the pump room, as well the have very little understanding of pool chemical maintenance and safety for patrons, just today they told us to put shock into the pool while people were in it, this is absolutely unbelievably and they have constantly put everyone in danger. Scamming us for years.

Fishel pools took such great care of us! We purchased a new home (as is )that came with an in-ground pool which was exciting until we realized the shape that it was in! They put in a brand new floor, liner and came out to our house more times than I can count to get us up and running!! Great company! Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve called this company multiple times trying to get some tiles replaced in our neighborhood pool and give an estimate on pool services. Every time I call the lady who answers says she will get back to me and never does. Thank you for wasting my time!

The crew at Fishel pools are experts in their field. I had 2 other companies come to figure out the pool heater, both said you have to replace it. But "G" man showed up last (thank god) in 15 - 20 minutes he had it going...the man!! Only crew I will have work on my pool from here on. Thanks Fishel!!

Craig and Ryan Fishel built our pool at our lake home they made construction an enjoyable experience. The finished project is absolutely beautiful. The person from Fishel Pool that maintains our pool, Brice Lacy is a perfectionist and it is always clean and crystal clear. We have had several pools over the years but this company is the best. I highly recommend them.

Had them "Open" my pool. This consists of taking off the cover and dumping the leaves that were on it in the pool, turning on the filter and leaving. Sent me a bill for this for $443. Pool was worse than when they arrived Called and they said this was normal.
