My son had a countertop removal and install with great results through East Coast Granite. My husband remodeled our kitchen and with my son’s positive experience we chose East Coast Granite. We were very pleased with the results. Blane (our salesman) was a great help, as were the office staff, with answering all questions. The installation crew did an excellent job. From start to finish THIS place is hands down the BEST! We spent a few days talking and getting estimates with nine different stores in the surrounding area and we decided on East Coast. Tender was our sales associate and we had 5 star service! She answered every text and call, she always went above and beyond for us. This is a big financial purchase and we only experienced the best service with this incredible company. We were very impressed by the professionalism of everyone who came into our home and every person we had to deal with during this process. I do have to give a huge shout out to the installers…those guys ROCK! You have to look hard to find the seams in my granite. For me this was a big deal and something I was worried about…some work is not that great from what we saw in our research from other companies. Tender and her team even took pictures of newly installed granite to just show me seams before we made our decision…like I said above and beyond! Our countertops are BEAUTIFUL and I hope you have the same great experience as we did with East Coast. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

My wife and I cannot thank your whole team enough! From the first call to the completion of installation yesterday, it has been nothing but an excellent experience! Every person we worked with was a pleasure to meet! As I told the installers as they were leaving, we have several people wanting to see how ours turned out as they are thinking of the same. Tender was my salesperson and she was great to deal with.
I had my kitchen remodeled 2 years ago and we used East Coast Granite and were very pleased. I am remodeling another home and installed Quartz and they did another amazing job.
They were great to deal with and got my project done in a VERY timely manner. The installers were AWESOME to deal with and did a great job.
I will use them again in the furure on my other remodel projects

The granite counter brought out was absolutely gorgeous. The fit and finish was very good. The best part of this experience were the guys that came out for the install. They were always friendly and professional. Elijah and Zack did the install. Elijah found an issue created by the cabinet installer on the island bar where the bolsters were not big enough and not properly secured, he refused to install the granite bar on with unsafe mounting. We got it fixed, they came back and installed the bar. I want to express my gratitude for keeping my family safe.

We have renovated our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms with the assistance of East Coast Granite. Everyone we met from the time we walked into the showroom to the minute the installers left our home was professional. We were never pressured to buy something we didn't want and their prices are reasonable. The installers bent over backwards to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction and offered advice when we asked. There is no question they know what they are doing and I trust their opinion and expertise. I highly recommend this company!
