I think it's only fair I update this review to 5 stars. Bryan (owner) gave me a call and was genuinely sorry that this had happened and offered to make it right. I do appreciate the offer. Again, I won't hesitate to use A1 in the future. Thank you Bryan.
I only gave 3 stars for a reason. The roofing crew actually get 5 stars. They were great. All nice polite hard working guys. The gutter crew are a completely different story. They get 1 star and here's why.They installed all new 5 inch gutter with five 3x4 downspouts. Okay, picture this: a 3x4 downspout is of course 12 square inches of area for the passage of water. I didn't know it at the time of the install but discovered later that they only punched a 2x3 hole to feed that 3x4 downspout. 6 square inches right? Wrong, the punched opening actually measures 1.75x2-3/4 which is only 4.1 square inches! That's only 34% of what it should be!! What all this means to me as a home owner is my downspouts CONSTANTLY plug up! One leaf can start the whole process of plugging the tiny opening. I can easily tell when they are plugged because they are overflowing which is a whole new problem. Wait, there's more! There's a 20 foot length of gutter above my front door with 6 brackets that aren't even supporting the gutter so it sags and overflows easily. There are more not attached at various locations around the house. I've already contacted a gutter contractor to make the corrections. I won't let A1 gutter crew back. I will always welcome their roofing crew back. The new gutter contractor is going to install 3x4 "cut" openings and insert the correct drops to feed the 3x4 downspouts AND connect the supporting brackets that were left undone.

A1 did a great job on our roof replacement after the recent hail storm. 3 days start to finish for roof and gutters. They worked with our insurance to get everything done quickly. The cleanup was good , the only negative I had was picking up cigarette butts for four days.

A-1Guarantee Roofing did our roof today and couldn't been happier with the work they did. All the workers worked hard and cleaned up everything before they left. We are glad that we picked this company to do our roofing. We would recommend this company to anyone who would ask us who did our roof.

A-1 Guarantee Roofing went above and beyond in our roof replacement. We could not be happier. Chad was excellent to work with as was every member of the team and crew we met. They helped work us through some insurance company measurement problems that we would have never been able to figure out. Not only did they do beautiful and timely work. The cleanup was perfect. The whole company was upfront, honest, detailed and they do not give you the runaround. We HIGHLY recommend A-1 Guarantee roofing!

Worked with my timing, made adjustments that made the roof, gutters and downspouts perform better, and increased ventilation thus cooling the attic. ALL POSITIVE RESULTS. I'm happy. Good team that listens and adjusts to make positive outcomes. I would use them again.

They got us an estimate right away which provided the minimum needed replacements along with optional additions and the costs. Jimmy was great to work with. We'll definitely use for future roofing needs. We love our new roof-roof!

I HIGHLY recommend A-1 Roofing If you want an truly HONEST, hardworking company then this is the company for you!! I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this company and their staff is! Chad was so kind, understanding of my needs and courteous through the quoting process and beyond! If you need all the t's crossed and the i's dotted this is your man!! The installation crew of NINE were incredibly respectful of our property and did such quality work in a very timely fashion. They kept things picked up as they went and removed debris each day! The onsite inspectors and crew leader made sure all the contract details were adhered to, as well as doing a final inspection of the installation to insure everything was as it should be! The job was completed on-time, with no "surprises" or upcharges(as other companies tried to tack on), everything is PERFECT and now my neighbors now have roof envy!!!
