We worked with Jimmie Lee with Apple Roofing. He was exceptional. Free inspection. I honestly didn't realize the damage we had occurred in the recent storms. We are first time home owners and hadn't dealt with insurance yet. He guided us step by step. He made it so easy and handled majority of the communication. We did end up having one part (not the roof but the fascia) that wasn't covered with insurance. (damage occured outside of the storms) Jimmie gave us options to take the pressure off and make it easy to get everything done properly without us having to stress about cost.! My roof looks amazing! Gutters amazing! I'm beyond proud of the work done. Thank you Jimmie! And thank you Apple roofing!

Jeremy from Apple, came to my home, to give my roof a once over, and check for damage after a pretty scary storm. He didn't find enough damage for a claim, thank goodness! He was honest, didn't pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't need! So great to interact with honest people! I will be calling him in the future, should I need storm repair! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

A tree fell on our roof August 2023. This company was recommended by my insurance company The adjuster/representative said they were a preferred vendor so I BLINDLY went with them. They were quick to come out and do the adjustment. But then we heard NOTHING for MONTHS. after continuous calls and emails, a couple lenof guys came out one afternoon, worked for two hours and left. They did not paint the board nor replace any shingles or damaged gutters. After two moreMONTHS ( with call/emails) a guy came at 5 pm on a December day and fixed the gutters IN THE DARK with no light. All this time the company had been emailing my 83 year old father for payment. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. See other reviews of the same situation @ the website for Better Business Bureau. I feel I do not owe this company any money.

Absolutely amazing. Darren and his team were so professional, friendly and explain the entire processing of getting a new roof. The roofers came in and got our roof done in 1 day. Everything was very well done, and clean as well. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new roof or repair. Thank you Apple Roofing.

With all the storms lately and unsure if there was damage to the roof, I had Ashley come out and do an inspection. She found no damage. I want to compliment this employee and company she works for. Ashley was very courteous and respectful. She was friendly and honest. I highly recommend Ashley. And if I ever do need another inspection or find I do have damage in the future, she's the one I'll call!!

We worked with Jimmie Sims for our roof inspection after a hail storm caused significant damage throughout our neighborhood. He was flexible with scheduling, arrived on time, and did a great job explaining how everything worked. The inspection was thorough, but didn't take forever. I was especially appreciative that he was honest and did not try to oversell on services we didn't necessarily need. 10/10 recommend Apple Roofing.
