Local company I had used for roof inspections on a number of real estate transactions. First time I used them on my own roof. Very impressed with their services! Provided me a written estimate using class 3 shingles. First time any roofing company has suggested upgrade and sent insurance discount information. They were fast and efficient! They did not cut corners and replaced all the roof vents and painted exposed vent pipes on the roof. The extra they included for free you will not get from most other companies! The insurance discount will more than pay for the higher cost of the class 3 shingles!

We contacted 5 different roofing companies for an estimate on our roof replacement. We had leaks that we were unaware of show up after the rainstorm of 6/8 so we needed to act quickly. This was not an insurance covered replacement, it was our responsibility, so we had to choose wisely We chose Garrison for their professionalism, knowledge and concern. We found their pricing to be comparable but very reasonable. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. We were initially told it would be 3 to 5 weeks before they could get to us but they shifted schedules to get to us within a week. We were so thankful because another big storm was due to hit. Their team showed up at 6:30am and worked until 8:30 that night to get the job done. They were very organized and efficient. They allowed us to ask questions and stopped and showed us areas of concern throughout the day. We've had roofs replaced on 2 other houses and the yard debris was something we were dreading. But there was no debris. We were very impressed. They followed up with an inspection and made sure we were happy with the roof. We will always recommend Garrison to our friends. Use Garrison Roofing, you'll be glad you did.

We just had our new roof completed. I honestly can't say enough good things about Garrison Roofing. From the very first contact to the final inspection it was wonderful. Their communication with us was so professional and helpful. They communicated frequently during the whole process and everything was right on time, exactly what they told us. The workers who put our roof on in ONE day were amazing. These men worked so hard and took only a 30 minute lunch break under our shade tree. They took a long time to clean up every little thing. Then a supervisor came the day after completion to inspect everything and all was as it should be. I HIGHLY recommend Garrison Roofing - they are extremely professional and helpful with every question. Their prices were reasonable. If you are needing a new roof, you can't go wrong with this professional and honest company.

Every aspect of the roofing and guttering experience went exactly as expected, with good communication regarding the project plan via text/email/phone. The estimate we were given was accurate. The work crew arrived at the time we were told to expect them and got to work right away. They got the old shingles torn off and replaced the same day. They cleaned up around the house very well once the roof was finished and before they left for the day. The guttering crew arrived the next day, again exactly on time, and completed the job in a timely fashion. The Garrison's are always reliable and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend their services to my friends and family.
