I would give them better than a four-star for the roof. It doesn't leak. There are several old satellite brackets on the roof that I told them they didn't have to replace. There was an antenna and bracket on the fascia that they removed and did not reinstall. They left it hanging on a gutter out of my reach. It Came Crashing to the ground and busted. I told them about it they were not concerned. Problem is, today I was cleaning my gutters and found that they didn't attach several of the gutter brackets.

Kevin was prompt, professional, and courteous. The work was completed under the estimated price. The crew was fast, efficient, and left no mess behind. They did the work 7 months ago but I was just on my roof hanging Christmas lights over the weekend. The difference from the last time I was on the roof was a night and day difference. I could see the high quality in the installation. They also installed new gutters with gutter guards and the gutters are spotless and look like they were installed just a few days ago. No more cleaning out my gutters! I have great peace of mind knowing I'm sleeping under a Hanson Roof!

Mr. Hanson was prompt in his response to my request for an estimate and in his replies to questions forwarded to him. The estimate provided was comparable to others received, and the final price did not deviate from the estimate. Workers arrived early on the day the work was scheduled to be done. Within ten hours the old shingles had been removed, the new roof installed, clean-up completed, and the workers departed. Subsequent inspection showed a couple minor items of concern. Mr. Hanson was contacted and within a few days he arrived and corrected the issues himself. I recommend Hanson Roofing. 09/13/2022

They took the paperwork I received from my insurance and worked up a bid that fit within my budget! I picked my roof color, and was surprised at how quickly they finished!
