Fantastic Service from initial phone call to pickup. Ben provided same day haul away of a long, broken down, heavy reclining couch. Estimated pickup arrival time was between 3p-4p but he called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked about if early pickup was ok. Couch was gone by 1130a. Price was more than reasonable and was as quoted. Great communication and pay by phone option made the process painless. Confirmation picture was sent to confirm pick up. Ben was a polite and professional. Top notch service...Highly recommended- will be using J T services in the future
Set up was easy and driver was nice. However, they charged me $100 for improper placement of this janky pallet that was there’s. The driver did not go over anything about the pallet (it looked like trash. It was completely mangled I couldn’t even tell what it was… because it looked like trash) that was placed in the terrible conditioned trailer. Well, apparently it’s supposed to be in a certain position so they can dump the trailer and it was not that way when they picked up. The “boss” decided to charge me for the pallet misplacement and had his driver deliver the message that I was being charged. The charge was not the drivers decision. I called to dispute the charge and the operator said “well you signed the contract”. Yup, sure did. But the pallet literally looked like trash and the driver never went over the $100 charge in the contract. I asked to speak the “boss” who charged me and he (the “boss”) had a woman call me on his behalf. Again, avoiding confrontation for his decision. She also said her “boss” was charging me because of the contract, but guess what? They’re gonna do me a solid by informing the driver he needs to review that section with the customer. That makes my $100 well worth it… They did not refund me my money. Terrible customer service. The “boss” needs training on customer service.

Easy to schedule and fast service. Benjamin came out the very next day, was nice, professional and did a great job! No extra fees and only charged for what I used. Thank you so much!

Wow! A neighbor recommended this company and we are now doing the same! From easy scheduling, clear communication and the follow through, this was a job well done! Peggy was our service provider and was friendly and accommodating.

Peggy did a fantastic job! She was super helpful with my questions, and did the job quickly! The price was well under what I thought it would be! I will tell all my friends and will recommend J&T services to anyone who asks! Thanks yall!
