Awesome Experience in a situation that is never good! Our Whirlpool refrigerator stopped cooling. Diane got a technician assigned same day due to a cancelation and Charles came to diagnosis the problem and was back with the new part the next day. Friendly and Professional.

Took me a while to get around to writing this, but the bottom freezer on my Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working and I was desperate to get someone to look at it the same day. This was the ONLY company who could accommodate me. When the serviceman came out, he did diagnose the problem and explained thoroughly what was going on but said their company did not work on this particular model because they found that the fixes normally don't last long and it is not profitable for them to continue fixing them. I asked for a recommendation on who to call which he obliged in giving me. He also did not charge for the service call. I can guarantee you that I will absolutely call them if I should need another appliance repair.; It's rare to find a company who is this honest and helpful.;

They fixed both our ice maker and our dishwasher. We were able to get quick appointments, they were prompt and worked very hard until they were able to resolve our issues. Highly recommend

They worked hard (especially Diane) to make sure my LG warranty was honored! LG makes it tough, and Diane put in the time. And thanks to Chuck who diagnosed the problem and successfully replaced my motor! He even gave me a tip on how to not clog the washer using power detergent.

This company was awesome! They were prompt with getting someone to check out my ice-maker - and parts ordered - they we're very prompt in getting someone here to fix. Donald was so knowledgable and on time!!! Would definetly recommend them!!!!

Great service technician who was very polite and knowledgeable. Nice person who answers phone. My only complaint is that their office forgot to order a part and the technician had to make another trip to my home like a week later so another week with the broken appliance and even though they apologized, I felt like I should have been offered a discount for the inconvenience. Great customer service goes a long way. Difference between good and great in my book. Compensate your customer when it is your mistake

They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. The repairman Donald diagnosed quickly and had the right part on hand. Washer was back in business within an hour. Donald also provided additional advice to extend the life of the washer. Much appreciated.

Called about my 5 year old dryer not heating and was able to get a same day appointment. Tech was nice and knowledgeable about the dryer. Found the issue quickly and had my dryer back up and running properly within about 30 minutes. Ended up being a broken heating element that needed replacement.
