Absolutely no response after an in-home consultation for a kitchen renovation. A handful of phone calls and email attempts over two months, but zero response. I understand being busy, but I can't imagine operating a business this way. When seeing five stars, I looked closer after not hearing back. The ratings are from the people who work there. Hubbard was the person who came to our home. Don't bother.
Did great work specifically in an emergency situation. I would highly recommend!

We hired them for a bathroom remodeling job. What can I say, everything went smooth, new bathroom looks great and I have these guys to thank for it. They really did a great job staying on schedule and within my budget, which I appreciated. I have been telling all of my friends about them, which I'm sure they are sick of hearing about by now. But, I really like the end product.

We hired Creative for a kitchen and bath remodel and we very happy with the end product. Their attention to detail and design knowledge is a step above the competition. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

It was so nice to have everything handled with one company. Susan helped us with our design and color choices (I was very indecisive and confused , so this was a huge deal for us) She respected our budget and stuck to the budget all through the process. The installation went smoothly. Plumbing, electrical...everything. I cant wait to have our first get together in our new Kitchen. I'm sure they will get referral from our family or friends when they see the beautiful kitchen they created for us
