Our AC went out in a real hot stretch of hot weather. Agers was out in less than 24 hours. Turned out to not be a major issue, Steve was so helpful and informative. He was kind, professional and worked quickly. We have an old AC unit and I know exactly who we are going to call with all our HVAC needs. Thank you Steve and Agers.

These people are prompt at charging a 94 dollar fee to show up to give a very simple estimate. Took my money and never got an estimate or even a call or email saying they won't be giving me anything. I called back a week later to nudge them and was told I would have an estimate by week's end. That was a week ago. I also asked the guy to at least call or email if they decide they just don't want the work. That call never came. Guess what? Will make sure I tell everyone about paying 100 bucks for nothing at Agers Heating and Air Conditioning.. If they claim I am not a customer... I have proof. You deserve this review. I made all efforts to give you all the benefits of doubt and I shouldn't have. You basically stole 100 bucks pretending you were going to give me an estimate. And no I didn't get anything wrong. I dealt with the St.Peters Agers. Trying to dismiss bad reviews because you can't find me in the database as if I have to give my real name. I believe you robbed me with a smile. Your address is 64 Boone Hills, Dr. St Peters MO and I also have an invoice I can post if you would like.

I am leaving my previous review down below. When it came time to replace my two roughly 40 year old air conditioning units, I did a good bit of homework before making a decision - such a large investment in my house and in my comfort. After talking to 2 other air conditioning companies and getting prices, I found Agers to just have the best equipment for the best price overall. Since I also had a positive experience with them about a year ago, I was able to make my decision to go with them confidently. Scott Carpenter and Asher Agers just finished with the install a little bit ago. It was a big job (one of the units was in a very cramped attic), but they did what needed to be done and overcame all obstacles. I am very happy with the work they did and the two Bosch heat pump units! Brian Agers did the estimate (we came in right on it) and gave me a load of information about the new technology before we set up for the install. Communication was excellent, the work was nicely done, and the units seem to be great. I could go on, but I'll just finish by saying Missouri summer can go ahead and bring it on now. And... Thanks much guys! Older review --> This is my first experience with Agers and it was very positive. I was just needing a bit of a check through my aging air conditioning units for the season and Jon Revelle found both low in refrigerant. Knowing the units would need to be replaced sooner than later, I was aware of the leak but not the extent. Jon was very up front about the work that would need to be done, the cost, and also offered some good suggestions/options for going forward. Anyways, we topped off the main unit and I decided to leave the other one. In a bit I will contact them for a further run through of the options between repair and replacement. I'll know more after that appointment and update this review, but so far everything has been very good!
